    I just started googeling specifically for Isochronic Tones (since they are supposed to be more effective than binaural..?) and since I got tired from the Unexplainable Store and iDoser. Then I found your Website and was dazed how you take effort to deconstruct and describe exactly what your thoughts behind making those tones are, even sharing graphics, giving a realistic insight, compared to the "heals all your problems" descriptions I am used to.
    Next I was amazed how you make extended long Versions of the tones, since I am used to 5-30min maximum and needed to loop everything, for a very fair price without forcing bundles.
    Only then I discovered your RUclips channel and found out you atually have all those tones here for free to listen. So I just had to buy them from your shop!

    • @MindAmend
      @MindAmend  4 года назад +69

      The tones stimulate and increase electrical activity and warmth in your brain. This increases blood flow in the brain which acts like a cooling system. The combination of increased warmth and blood flow movement is what produces this throbbing, massaging sensation. It’s quite common for people to experience this, particularly when listening to higher frequency beta wave tones like this. I first experienced this about 14 years ago and that was when I realised there was something to this, which ultimately lead me on the journey to where I am now.

      Yeah it's working really well for me but so did deep focus music videos so I'm unsure how much it is these sounds vs. just committing to focusing and forgetting about the sounds/them blurring into the background for me.

    this is so awesome! i use it almost everyday. i have combined adhd, and i know (and am learning) so much about it! i was lucky, diagnosed in 5th grade, i think. im in 10th grade now, i found this video one or two years ago, and what ill do, is have it in one tab, and whatever music im listening to in another tab. i can change the volume of both tabs separately, so if i want one quieter i can do that. thank you so much for these, and your website explaining this too! I just looked at the date this was posted, and its almost like it was an early christmas present, and for me (and others here in the coments) it was one of the best.

    I absolutely love this "just tones" version since it falls into the background of my mindscape while I'm working instead of being a distraction. I've always been a mover, so listening to music while I work is a no-go because my hyper focus turns toward my interest. I've found this to be super helpful in getting assignments done during this period of time where my ADHD has been so exacerbated, however it also makes me want to sleep ? So it's a bittersweet effect at times. I'm just wondering why this would be, in terms of the way the tones affect brain waves and why something for focus would also make me very drowsy. Could you provide any insight?
    Also thanks for providing such amazing and helpful content! :) It is much appreciated.

    I’ve been struggling so bad lately, today is my first day! My partner Devon, she found this for me. I had such a massive headache and just overly anxious and not even 1 min, just 1 min in! It all stopped and i can think and my mood changed immediately! I’m not kidding! This happened! Thank you so much I will spread this to everyone and get my buddies that run huge channels like timcast, adapt 2030, and a couple more to look at this

    Is it just me, or does anyone else also hear the same warped sound when they take their headphones out? All the ambient noises around me sound warped. It lasts for about a minute after I take my headphones out, then fades away.

      It's a side-effect of binaurals and the brain's natural tendency to adapt to inputs. They create patterns in the brain, it's how they do their job, that pattern lingers for a bit after the input stops, nothing to be concerned about.
