- Block out distracting sounds while stimulating and keeping your brainwave activity in a high-focused mental state.
This track combines my popular deep smoothed brown noise track ( • Deep Smoothed Brown No... ) with my Peak Focus for Complex Tasks isochronic tones session.
Listen to this when you need to maintain a high level of focus to concentrate and study things like advanced mathematics, scientific formulas, financial analysis or any other complex mental activity.

What is this?
This is a high-intensity audio brainwave entrainment session, using isochronic tones. Listen to this when you need a strong burst of intense focus to concentrate and study things like advanced mathematics, scientific formulas, financial analysis or any other complex mental activity.
How is this session constructed?
The session starts off beating at 10Hz and ramps up to 18Hz by the 6-minute mark. It stays at 18Hz until the final 5 minutes where it ramps back down again.
How to use it?
Listen to this track with your eyes open while doing the task/activity you want to focus on.
Headphones are NOT required
Although headphones are not required you may find they produce a more intense effect, because they help to block out distracting external sounds.
When to listen?
Because this track increases your beta brainwave activity, it's best to listen to this during the daytime and early evening. If you listen to this too close to bedtime, it might disrupt your sleep, in a similar way to how you might respond if you drank coffee just before going to bed.
How loud should the volume be?
The main thing to consider is that it should be loud enough to hear the repetitive isochronic tones, so you don't want it so quiet you can hardly hear them. But you also don't want it so loud that its uncomfortable for you and hurts your ears, or gives you a headache. I'd recommend starting with the volume around half way and adjust it to a level that you feel comfortable with from there.

Recently, I was struggling with coming back to study after years, thanks to this audio I can keep the concentration high. Thank you so much for the help.
This is SO awesome concentration. I do hope you are making more of these..changing the way I focus..I cannot thank you enough
OMG. Thank you so much. Thank god I look for more other versions especially for studying. WOW. This easily puts me in the state flow. I can't thank you enough!
I fell asleep to this, but an ad woke me up.
The isochronic Tones make it miles better than normal brown noise
For the people that talks loudly in the library, this is what I have to put on to noise cancel your shit.
Along with taking my meds, this is the single greatest help for getting my homework done while coping with my ADHD. I fail classes not because I don't understand or can't do the work, but because I can't just sit there and focus. This is absolute magic. I feel like this video is going to be the reason I finally finish my degree.
I’m really pleased you’ve found this helpful. I hope the rest of your degree goes well for you.
What Meds help with ADHD for you?
Same situation here! Have been struggling with untreated adhd for 24years, now I am being reborn
Same here. When I finally focus i get things done way faster and better that other people..but I'm struggling with procrastination..this helped me too
Saaaaaaame💯 And I’m not even diagnosed 😭 I might need to get tested one of these days
All that white noise, finally some diversity!
This to me sounds like when I travel by bus at night and i put my head in the window. Sounds like the engine, the glass vibration and the wind outside. It makes me instantly relaxed.
exactly how i felt while listening!!
I sometimes use a custom noise generator on an eq curve I call "fuselage" because it sounds like an airliner in a soothing sort of way.
I'd love to have one that stimulate the muffled sound of car tires, like when I used to sleep lying in the back seat on long family trips.
I can hear and picture what you described! But after I thought of that, it then reminded me of when the creek close to my childhood home was starting to get fuller in the spring with snow melt runoff. Not later when it was more turbulent and boisterous, just higher faster moving water over the rocks and past the creek edges. That is a positive memory for me.
This song is so deep
Speaks about how unjust society is today
We need more bands like this
LOOOL
@@ciel1575 he really said society lol
BRUH WHAT-
You listen to bands? That’s so mainstream. I listen to brown noise on repeat for 4 hours.
Is just down to earth music and it's even brown in color. 😅
I've been listening to this all year and it has been irreplaceable. As an online student and father of four incredibly loud boys this always puts me in the right headspace to get work done. I wish I could like twice, thank you!
that's cute
is it better than brown noise
@@sircostco9957 it’s way smoother. Some would even say it’s deep smoothed.
student and father of four wtf lmao
@@crylune seriously though.
My brain just got quiet??? I can actually concentrate, focus on my homework??? Thank you so much omg, this really is the best one yet

I'm a former gifted kid burnout who never learned how to study. Now that I'm in an online trade course for transcribing, I've had to study a *lot.* This has been very helpful!
omg yes same im also a former gifted kid burnout who never learned how to study 😭
Wow same! I’m not in a transcribing course atm (should I be?) but wowwe you described my experience in school perfectly. Once I got to college, I was taken wayyy off guard with the study material & course load . In ms & hs I always scribble copied someone’s homework right before class began and in return I let them cheat off me when the test came around. Full view of my test answers for their homework! It worked so well for me lol. Then once I graduated college, I realized I never thought any farther beyond graduating with a degree. I thought I’d be in school forever I guess … ever since wtf am I doingggg & why didn’t anyone tell me life goes on after college!? Lmao barely joking.
Fellow ADHDer by chance? I hear it’s pretty standard for ppl with adhd to be formerly “gifted” kids withsoo much potential it’s nearly impossible to sustain. Didn’t have to use executive functioning skills til I started adulting.
I wish I’d grown up thinking about failure differently. I’ve heard about some parents teaching their kids that they should be proud to fail. Bc it means they learned something. To become smarter, they should actually TRY to fail. By going after the goals that seem insane & beyond what they think they’re capable of. That way they learn so much and eventually discover they’re capable anddddd even more importantly they realize that all of the effort and time they put in was rewarded everytime with knowledge but eventually rewarded with successsss🎉
@@hellohello2024 Shifting from being perceived as gifted kid to mentally disabled is usually a feature of people with comorbid adhd and asd, although not always
this shuts everything up. all the evil thoughts and demons in my mind, all the anxiety and regret and guilt from my past, all my anxieties and worries about the future- i typically wouldn’t even be able to type this as easily as i am right now which proves to me how much it works

I understand exactly 😢
Same bro
It's actually insane to me that I can hear the difference in his different brown noise videos 😮 That deep shaky brrr? (idk) sound in the back is super pleasing to hear as well, it feels like a brain massage
It sounds like you have become a brown noise connoisseur.
thats the isochronic tones in the back :)

Is it bad if I have this on full volume w headphones? Am I still gonna be deaf?
I usually do not comment but this audio omg!! thank you so much, it has helped me with my stupid roommate and her everyday noisy activities.
i am horrible i just spent 3 hours sitting staring at my paper only did 4 math problems easy ones that i know how to do and its this everyday i don't even think i am procrastinating i am just straight up not doing anything can it be cause i have no motivation or i is it cause i cant focus for shit i am so mad at myself i literally am the first in library and last to leave and get no work done its like i rather do nothing at all i do anything i just want to be able to do what i need to do what i have to do what is right Infront of me i feel like a mistake of an person i dont know i cant explain myself what do i do?
It's going to be alright
I love this because after I turn it on, it tunes out everything around me until I don't even notice it is playing anymore. Suddenly I am able to focus and get work done after struggling for days! I just finished my take home exam on time because of this! Thank you!
I'm feeling this one is gonna be my all time fav. Priceless when it comes to my preparations for final medical exam. Thank you. :)
Thanks Anna.
Me tooo
How’d you do on that exam?
I use it while working on my med school applications.
and here I am using it to study for my med school exam
Jason: I don't know what it is, but this brown noise blocks out noise AND is not distracting. Thanks a ton!
yo bro thanks for this. I went link by link by link each progressively getting better and now i have landed here. Very Cool
the lyrics remind me to my dad
Out of all the brown noises in RUclips, this is the one I go back to all the time. The first time I have listened to it was life changing. Helped me with exams, homework and projects. Keeps my ADHD brain so in tune with what I need to finish plus my Galaxy Book focus timers = super win! Thank you!
I too have adhd...I regret I had this in my watch later playlist but I opened this up tonight when it's just a few days from my final exams...yet I am happy that from the next session it's gonna be my constant companion throughout my studies
Sounds like when I was on the Amtrak overnight from Chicago to NY. That was a very soothing noise and so is this!! Too much high pitched noise all day, I need this at night!! Or just when I need to recharge (INFJ/P)
Likewise INTJ here, and it's like the world is geared up for sensory overload.
This is great for allowing me to concentrate without falling asleep.
It's very much an introvert thing. People think introverted means you're less social; not necessarily. Being introverted just means you recharge internally. So lots of stimuli is really draining
INFJ also, I use this to drown out people talking. And my parents arguing...
I'm an NFT, this comment is relatable
I just was thinking it sounds like Amtrak at night!
I moved into an apartment where the neighbors (BELOW me!) are incredibly loud with hard impact noises on the floor--i.e., walk-stomping and kids running, jumping, pounding on the floor. They're supposed to be moving out soon but, in the meantime, I thought I was going to lose my mind. First, I tried noise canceling headphones, which worked well, but then somehow noises were continuing to creep through. Then I discovered Jason's Brown Noise videos. I was not familiar with brown but the sounds were pleasant and I tried out the various versions--deep layered, etc. So, I started playing them with my noise canceling headphones and thought the noises from my neighbors were officially gone. Then, one day, more errant pounding crept through! I tried this video with the isochronic tones and somehow that background jittery sound has removed all annoying noises from downstairs for good! I love it! It has been a live saver. As I've been reading all the comments, I'm realizing there are all kinds of other benefits to listening to these sounds and I'm eager to experiment more with audio as a relaxer. In fact, I often listen to this even when there is no noise bothering me. I brain seems to like it. Clearly, I'm hyper sensitive to certain kinds of noises that can absolutely drive me insane, so it's funny that listening to other types of sounds like brown noise can have the opposite effect. Fighting noise with noise 😀 Thank you!
Love having this on in the background when I read. Keeps me focused 😊
i’m in the gym rn and they just turned the music up so loud and i think i’m autistic and i started panicking but i found this and put it on and i feel normal again thank you brown noise i love you brown noise
This should be prescribed along with meds. I'm trying to think of what award this deserves... something like a Nobel peace prize for ADHD treatment...
this helped me get through one of the hardest online classes I’ve ever taken. Thank you.
You know you're having a long study session when you finish this video and have to restart it 🤣
I discovered this video and play it multiple times a day in my classroom and in my personal work time and its changed my life
For me there is nothing better than working in complete silence but unfortuanetly the environment doesn't help
This is so awesome!!! Perfect for single mindedness without distractions. There's just something about the low frequencies that are more conducive to clarity of focus.
work from home w a toddler.... this is brilliant thank you!!! Your channel is one of my faves for the work day
As sound with the same freq can cancel each other out, is it possible to measure the freq of two tone tinnitus, then creating a noise plate of those tones? Playing music on my pods to drown them out isn't cutting it anymore.
Ooh mannnn this shit bussy bussin, it works sooo well no cap. I have 10’s now on my tests it helps me study so good.
Hot take, but the thudding noise actually kinda stresses me out for some reason. 6/10 noise
Thank you, and I study mathematics and it needs focus any video you recommend for me?
I recommend any of the videos in my high focus playlist ruclips.net/video/QW0u2sajpQ0/видео.html. Have a browse through those and try out the ones where the soundtrack appeals to you.
@@MindAmend wow thanks you are awesome, keep doing what you do
Thank you! Managing my challenges with Dyslexia and Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) can be tough, but your video has been a game-changer in helping me focus on my tasks and daily routines. Greetings from North Macedonia!
I listened to this while I was having a splitting headache for the purpose of drowning out the noise around me while working. Lo and behold, it actually lessened my headache significantly. Not too bad.
I have misophonia (undiagnosed) and this is an absolute life saver for me!!!!
do u play it in situations the misophonia kicks in? because I have it too and I can't imagine playing this, when someone's eating too loud for example at a family dinner. how do u handle that?
This couldn't of arrived at a better moment, few weeks out from my T3 med school exam. Much appreciated!🙏

With headphones it sounds like your sitting in a helicopter.
Put it on .25 Speed and you get a sick bassline / guitar solo
... immediately tried your recommendation... and agree
I am not diagnosed with ADHD but I have troubles to focus on things. I tried 4 different videos w brown noise. It gaves me anxiety, it makes me sleep. I am listening to this in daytime. And yes, I have taken my anxiety meds.
This just don't work for me and I'm sad, angry and frustrated because of it. I need to study.
No joke I was skeptical about this helping me to focus but it's magic!! It works so well.
sounds like i'm in a washing machine ngl
I feel want to vomit when listen to the other brown noise, but this one is different. I feel calm and relax. Finally found the right one, thank you!
I almost never use anything like this but needed something to block out background noise while studying, so just looked for something like this and wow, immediately felt the benefit of it, not just for blocking out noise but the overall mind-effect. Felt much more calm and focused right away. Really helpful. Subscribed!

Nice combo! I always listen to your brown sounds when I want to read. Thank you for your awesome work!
This gives me the opposite effect of concentration lmao, the noise is so distracting
When I listen to these I turn my phones speaker in different directions to see which way sounds best for me for that night. Makes a difference
This got me through an all nighter completing an assignment. So good! I'm going to go sleep now 😪. Why does my ADHD brain do this to me!?!?😩

Man, I found this song (can it be called a song? lmao) on my search for a concentration method in order to get my programming studies on time and I cannot express how much I loved it since the first minute it played.
I'm tempted to think this is some sort of ancient magic, maybe created by the ancient Greeks in Athens during some Socrates class guided by Plato or the other way around lmao.
Thanks, man!
P.S.: Too sad it's only 3 hours short, I only realized it's been 3h when silence came back lol
Thanks for your feedback Pedro. I’m pleased you found this helpful.
I just found my new studying noise. I’ve never been able to properly study with or without meds do to my ADHD. This helps me gather everything I’m thinking and takes away the many distractions and my unwillingness to study. I’ve basically just unlocked my mangekyou sharingan, thanks!
Don't comment on RUclips videos normally but this is the best brown noise video I've ever came across (and I've tried A LOT)! Really helping me to concentrate on revising for my A level exams in a very noisy and busy house, just completely drowns out all background noises :)
Thanks Betsy, I appreciate that. I'm pleased you've found this helpful.
It’s that sound that you get when going down the highway with a window down and must *immediately* put the window up because of the pain - but in whisper mode
that "brrrrr" deep sound in the background is almost like a cat purr but just faster, higher frequency. I was wondering if you could use cat purring frequency in your brown niose, would it be pleasent to listen to, since cat purring sound has a healing effect on humans.
Thanks for your cat purr suggestion, Ill give it some thought.

I’m sorry to hear that. There shouldn’t be any ads showing after the video starts. Hopefully, it’s just a temporarily glitch in the RUclips system.
the lyrics are so powerful
How does this shit work, when I come home for school I can never start my work and am always procrastinating even though there are no distracting noises. I am just on my computer looking at youtube and stuff. But once I turn this on I am super focused and get all my work done.
Thanks for helping me study🥺💙
My head was literally clear, no noise, just me being able to study.
It's interesting how using headphones vs the speakers from my laptop changes how it sounds. It's deeper on my headphones, and I guess sharper on my laptop.
ahhh so that's what this sound is being called, isochronic tone... heard it in a different brown noise video, but it was rather faint because the "rain-like" effect was more dominant in that other video. But the combination of those isochronic tones and the rain-like tones make me imagine being in a train during very rainy weather and it is very relaxing. A train because the way the isochronic tones sound in the other video reminded me of the sound the old train wheels do while driving.
bro this is so calming and relaxing. it really helps for studying.
