  • Block out distracting sounds while stimulating and keeping your brainwave activity in a high-focused mental state.
This track combines my popular deep smoothed brown noise track ( • Deep Smoothed Brown No... ) with my Peak Focus for Complex Tasks isochronic tones session.
Listen to this when you need to maintain a high level of focus to concentrate and study things like advanced mathematics, scientific formulas, financial analysis or any other complex mental activity.
    ► Get the MP3 version here: www.mindamend....
► Subscribe to my channel and be updated with my latest tracks:
    www.youtube.com...
► If you are new to this type of audio brainwave entrainment, find out how isochronic tones work and how they compare to binaural beats here: www.mindamend.c....
    What is this?
This is a high-intensity audio brainwave entrainment session, using isochronic tones. Listen to this when you need a strong burst of intense focus to concentrate and study things like advanced mathematics, scientific formulas, financial analysis or any other complex mental activity.
    How is this session constructed?
The session starts off beating at 10Hz and ramps up to 18Hz by the 6-minute mark. It stays at 18Hz until the final 5 minutes where it ramps back down again.
    How to use it?
Listen to this track with your eyes open while doing the task/activity you want to focus on.
    Headphones are NOT required
Although headphones are not required you may find they produce a more intense effect, because they help to block out distracting external sounds.
    When to listen?
Because this track increases your beta brainwave activity, it's best to listen to this during the daytime and early evening. If you listen to this too close to bedtime, it might disrupt your sleep, in a similar way to how you might respond if you drank coffee just before going to bed.
How loud should the volume be?
The main thing to consider is that it should be loud enough to hear the repetitive isochronic tones, so you don't want it so quiet you can hardly hear them. But you also don't want it so loud that its uncomfortable for you and hurts your ears, or gives you a headache. I'd recommend starting with the volume around half way and adjust it to a level that you feel comfortable with from there.

I can hear and picture what you described! But after I thought of that, it then reminded me of when the creek close to my childhood home was starting to get fuller in the spring with snow melt runoff. Not later when it was more turbulent and boisterous, just higher faster moving water over the rocks and past the creek edges. That is a positive memory for me.

Wow same! I’m not in a transcribing course atm (should I be?) but wowwe you described my experience in school perfectly. Once I got to college, I was taken wayyy off guard with the study material & course load . In ms & hs I always scribble copied someone’s homework right before class began and in return I let them cheat off me when the test came around. Full view of my test answers for their homework! It worked so well for me lol. Then once I graduated college, I realized I never thought any farther beyond graduating with a degree. I thought I’d be in school forever I guess … ever since wtf am I doingggg & why didn’t anyone tell me life goes on after college!? Lmao barely joking.
Fellow ADHDer by chance? I hear it’s pretty standard for ppl with adhd to be formerly “gifted” kids withsoo much potential it’s nearly impossible to sustain. Didn’t have to use executive functioning skills til I started adulting.
I wish I’d grown up thinking about failure differently. I’ve heard about some parents teaching their kids that they should be proud to fail. Bc it means they learned something. To become smarter, they should actually TRY to fail. By going after the goals that seem insane & beyond what they think they’re capable of. That way they learn so much and eventually discover they’re capable anddddd even more importantly they realize that all of the effort and time they put in was rewarded everytime with knowledge but eventually rewarded with successsss🎉

I moved into an apartment where the neighbors (BELOW me!) are incredibly loud with hard impact noises on the floor--i.e., walk-stomping and kids running, jumping, pounding on the floor. They're supposed to be moving out soon but, in the meantime, I thought I was going to lose my mind. First, I tried noise canceling headphones, which worked well, but then somehow noises were continuing to creep through. Then I discovered Jason's Brown Noise videos. I was not familiar with brown but the sounds were pleasant and I tried out the various versions--deep layered, etc. So, I started playing them with my noise canceling headphones and thought the noises from my neighbors were officially gone. Then, one day, more errant pounding crept through! I tried this video with the isochronic tones and somehow that background jittery sound has removed all annoying noises from downstairs for good! I love it! It has been a live saver. As I've been reading all the comments, I'm realizing there are all kinds of other benefits to listening to these sounds and I'm eager to experiment more with audio as a relaxer. In fact, I often listen to this even when there is no noise bothering me. I brain seems to like it. Clearly, I'm hyper sensitive to certain kinds of noises that can absolutely drive me insane, so it's funny that listening to other types of sounds like brown noise can have the opposite effect. Fighting noise with noise 😀 Thank you!

Man, I found this song (can it be called a song? lmao) on my search for a concentration method in order to get my programming studies on time and I cannot express how much I loved it since the first minute it played.
I'm tempted to think this is some sort of ancient magic, maybe created by the ancient Greeks in Athens during some Socrates class guided by Plato or the other way around lmao.
    Thanks, man!

I just found my new studying noise. I’ve never been able to properly study with or without meds do to my ADHD. This helps me gather everything I’m thinking and takes away the many distractions and my unwillingness to study. I’ve basically just unlocked my mangekyou sharingan, thanks!

Don't comment on RUclips videos normally but this is the best brown noise video I've ever came across (and I've tried A LOT)! Really helping me to concentrate on revising for my A level exams in a very noisy and busy house, just completely drowns out all background noises :)

It’s that sound that you get when going down the highway with a window down and must *immediately* put the window up because of the pain - but in whisper mode

  • @bediha

that "brrrrr" deep sound in the background is almost like a cat purr but just faster, higher frequency. I was wondering if you could use cat purring frequency in your brown niose, would it be pleasent to listen to, since cat purring sound has a healing effect on humans.

ahhh so that's what this sound is being called, isochronic tone... heard it in a different brown noise video, but it was rather faint because the "rain-like" effect was more dominant in that other video. But the combination of those isochronic tones and the rain-like tones make me imagine being in a train during very rainy weather and it is very relaxing. A train because the way the isochronic tones sound in the other video reminded me of the sound the old train wheels do while driving.
