Wished I would've gotten more footage, but practice session was not very long and got cut short due to a downpour shortly after this video ended that caused a 3+ hour delay. Watching Nishikori practice is enjoyable for sure. He gets probably the cleanest backhand in the entire tournament.

To me, korda‘s backhand is cleaner. I don‘t say it s better but it looks more effortless.

Watching healthy Kei is such a joy. If only his best time doesn’t overlap BIG3 era. Kei definitely should have been rewarded more and be remembered as one of the most competitive and entertaining player.

His backhand is flatter than his forehand

His backhand is far better than his forehand. His backhand is one of the cleanest in the tournaments. Was definitely one of the best backhand among all players (close to djoko)when he was playing his best. But his forehand is loopy and not aggressive. I find that it happens on many Asians players. Not sure why is that
