I totally expected you to make a landspeeder out of the cockpit, you caught me off guard! 🤣 It's a great bike, it would fit 110% in any Star Wars media!
Wow! A speeder bike that looks better than Star Wars with junk materials. Damaged paint and delicate modeling are wonderful like the real thing.👍 I love this speeder bike.😃
Absolutely fantastic build! It's always nice when parts left over from your last build roll right into your next one. If only to save a little space in the parts bin! Great work!
Tip for filling screw holes, you can pour in some baking soda then drip on some CA adhesive, let it cure then sand back ( you can level the powder off first to make the sanding easier ) Larger holes can be packed first with cotton wool then topped off with BP. Also the front fins are from the triple pack droid starfighter toy , the one with 3 fighters and a handheld stand that "ejected" fighters to simulate hits in combat.
perfect! I love how you have ideas and create a super figure from the rest of the toys you have. Anyone who looks at the piece without watching the video never says that this piece was made from the remains of other figures. Congratulations friend!!
@@DRToysCreations Do it! Im sure you know of Boyley hobby time, he uses very often filament LEDs and that could be great for a Pod Racer build! Looking forward to seeing what magical scrap you manage to use up for it
Absolute perfect timing on this project. I had just found the exact same toy at my local thrift store less than a week before. I too saw speeder bike and a host of other gems. You definitely give me inspiration and a higher bar to aim for. Keep up the great work!
That was pretty slick my friend very cool and awesome. When you put the first exhaust I thinking that would have been a great spot for a stand and apparently we were thinking the same thing because in the next scene you did it, pretty scary that we are having the same thoughts 😮 , but it was a good idea. That is so cool that you can get multiple projects out of one old toy. 👍
Very cool! For those front fin pieces I recognized that piece from a toy I had as a kid, like a core memory unlocked, I feel like it was a Star Wars toy from the Clone Wars. Regardless it was very cool to see you use that part in a very creative way. Love the content keep up the good work!
That is so good! I am always looking forward to your videos. Besides the beautiful builds you do, your infectious smile and personality makes this channel very special. I am on a few channels, and most presenters never speak, and simply point to things that need to be done - especially these restorers of antiques. I’m sure you’ve seen some. I find them boring and I eventually unsubscribe. Thanks once again for sharing your terrific work with us. Your friend from Australia, Graeme.
The way the figure sits on the bike, reminds me of MOTU. Super7 has 3.75 MOTU figures that would look great with it. You’d need to add some primary colors tho to make it He-Man worthy 😂
Great build, looks like it would fit right in with Star Wars. Quick question Dave, do you ever use a sealant for your paint jobs? Can you recommend any?

Fantastic scratch built Speeder Bike DR Toys , looks great 👍
Thanks again!
The weathering is just * chefs kiss *
😃 thanks!
Incredible execution Dave, looks perfectly in-universe for Star Wars.
Thanks

Right! This one kinda made itself!😂

Great tip! I have used the two before but never thought of it for filling a hole! Thanks so much!
Great color choice and weathering work. Looks like it belongs in an episode of the Mandalorian.
Thank you! Cheers!

Funny, i looked at the gun barrel/body and thought "Pod racer" :D Love how different builder minds work.
Yes! A pod racer would have been fun as well!
I haven’t ever done a pod racer. I need to put that in my project book.😃
Thanks

From all the great builds you have posted so far, this feels the most "shelf ready". Like It would like right at home in a mainstream toy line.
Glad you enjoy it! Thanks!
Excellent multi-repurposing of that original toy...that was a mouthful! Again, a great watch Dave, thanks so much~
Very welcome
Beautiful build that's what I call a whoop Speeder bike I love it good job😊😊
Thanks! 👍
Hey Dave, I enjoy watching your videos. You should do a video where you attempt to model something based exactly on its description!
Love that idea… I have so many projects rattling around in my noodle you never know what’s gonna happen!
That “perm-a-smile” draws me in every time! Love the channel brother! Keep up the good work!!
Thanks! Will do!😃

Weathering makes it to look so realistic🤩, and yeah speeder are always cool to make 👍🏻🤩
Thank you so much 😀
You knocked it out of the park with this one. It looks awesome. The droid fighter wing as the front fin worked so well.
Thanks a bunch!
The model looks great Dave! This is so neat looking and the colors are a good choice. Thanks for sharing this.
Glad you like it, thanks for watching!
Thats a great build bud. Looking forward to seeing the pilot come up somepoint too. :)
Aww yeah!!!
Looks awesome! Reminds me of a specific Power of the Force II series speeder bike - especially with the green paint! Great work.
Thank you very much!

Awesome as always ⚡️

i love that !!!! bravo!!

This bike is magnificent. General Grievous would make an acception and add this to their collection.
😂 Love it!
Great design as always friend !! I would like to be able to give my designs that great color detail. Greetings from South America as always!!
Thank you! Cheers!
Great video.
Thanks!
What kind of glue is that? The nozzle on the bottle is perfect for kitbashing ✨
I use BSI Insta-Cure Med Gap Fill. It’s my go to glue!😃
LOOOOOOOOVE it!
Thanks!
Gran trabajo!!
Thanks!
Another awesome build. Still hopeing to get you on my livestream one Monday evening if possible. Thanks
Sure thing. Hit me up on Instagram again.
@@DRToysCreations I don't have instragram sorry. I just do Facebook messenger. Do you have an account?
should customize a trooper to sit in this thing, amazing.

Nice build
I'm glad you like it
Too cool bro great work
Thank you! Cheers!
I want to see you build The Crashinator and the Moon farmer driving her from Futurama Season One Episode Two.
Love the idea that someone could have repurposed the cannon off of the AT-TE to make a speeder bike
As soon as I took it apart I knew what I had to do!😂
@@DRToysCreationslove your videos, would be a cool Star Wars canon vehicle
Another wonderful job!
Q: What do you do with all your builds? Scrap older ones?, sell them?
For the last two years I have taken them to Designer Con in CA and sold them.
i love it
Thank you.
Man I love everything about this one. And 1:18?…❤❤
Thanks!
Great build, looks like it would fit right in with Star Wars. Quick question Dave, do you ever use a sealant for your paint jobs? Can you recommend any?
Yes I do, I normally just use a Rustolium Matte or gloss clear in a rattle can.
Looks killer man. I'm a sucker for speeder bikes. Now you need to bash a Bike Scout to ride it
💯!!!
wing is from a vulture droid in starwars
Awesome! Thank you!
Great job man ! You should work for Watto
Thanks, I’m not familiar with Watto. Is that a studio?
Many thanks My Friend 🫶💪💪💪 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing
For sure!
🚲
Future build series of a speeder bike junk gang? 🥹
You never know what I do next…
I don’t even know.😂
That green piece was a vulture droid wing
Yup, sure enough! Just look it up, thanks!
@@DRToysCreations no worries!

Got an idea for you. Could you do Lobo's bike from DC Comics?
That looks hard!😂😂😂
