Hello friends! We don't always wash our clothes after each use. In this video, I am showing you different ways of worn clothes storage. Please let me know which idea you liked the most :)

I liked the hangers idea most (4:00).
I wouldn't want to put it in my closet, but behind or on the door, it'd be great for me (like 5:00).
      😊
Btw the last one (bags) I liked the least. I would forget about them there.
      😅😅

Good tips, OrgaNatic, thanks. I like, and plan to get, a separate clothes rail.

Yes, those "not freshly washed but also not dirty" clothes are a real struggle!! 😅
Everybody has this annoying clothes-chair in his bedroom..

Another idea: Using an old ladder for used clothes. That worked very well for us, until we moved. Now I got a new idea - thank you! :-)

I never put worn clothes back in my closet, only freshly laundered ones. But I try not to wash clothes more than necessary, we are under severe water restrictions because of drought and it wears them out, too. Plus, during the pandemic I will often wear certain things only for an hour or two to go out. I have been hanging them on an open rail in my room, and picking from them first to wear again. I don’t like too many unlaundered things hanging around, even if they’re not dirty. Thanks for your ideas.

@@ilakaizen4926 Do you think using cloths covers to separate the worn clothes from the cleans clothes would help? I’m wondering if that would make any difference.

I use the separate closet space - one section up to the bracket is for gently worn items I also use an ironing board door hanger (has two hooks) for my bras/camis and have it inside closet

Always check clothes thoroughly for spots and stains, and freshen by steaming and airing in front of a fan, before storing. I wash and thoroughly dry all my winter woolies before storing for the summer. Sometimes there can be nearly invisible spots, like from milk or white wine, that will set in storage, then even the cleaners can’t remove them.

I like these ideas. I have also been debating g what to do with my gently worn clothes. This is a terrible habit but I usually fold and lay in the floor! I hate that idea though so I am thinking of buying a soft cotton basket and putting the clothes there so it is not very unsightly.

3:10 I've got one of those. They are not really practical, imo.
But I don't find it practical either (for my personal lifestyle), to put daily clothes neatly back into the closet on hangers, if I want to wear them again tomorrow or so..
So therefor this ikea clothes-chair is better after all.
What I switched to, is one of those standing towel racks with 2-4 rotatable
hinged/mounted, angled arms. You can hang clothes on it by category (each arm) and in addition to that it's easier to hang onto, than on the ikea chair or even more on hangers..
If you don't like a standing one, you can also get a hanging one and mount it on the wall, for example behind the door.
In your bathroom or bedroom, depending on where you usually get dressed or keep your clothes..

My jackets/coats don’t even get put in their own closet until washed.
    That’s me!
You suggested some time consuming options. Simple hooks somewhere is just fine.

@@wartanabadanooh7157 Yes, that’s possible. Or doing hard manual work that gets clothes very dirty. Or having the sort of job (eg model or actor) where you’re under hot lights all day. All they say, however, is that they don’t use clothes until washed, with a laughing emoji.
