niqcole lombardo you're supposed to throw them away after a year so that you don't damage your eyes. You are also supposed to do a monthly deep cleanse of the lenses such as bio clear. You have to return them to a regular solution for at least six hours afterward, before you can wear them again.

I love how they look on you. I also had the Hidrocore color lenses from Solotica. I think they are very good quality and comfortable. However my eyes are light in color, gray-green and I wanted something more like a color enhancer rather than entirely change my eye color. I wish Solotica would make eye color enhancer lenses for light colored eyes. But over all, they have really good products.

I bought amber (hidrocor) and I just fell in love with it. they look so natural ..Now I want to try other colour maybe blue but I don't know what to choose...NC christal, topaz, graphite, ... Or hidrocor...
Amber is beautiful but I think if you really want that natural effect where no one will notice you would need the natural colors but if you want more bolder you would need hydro core (if i spelled that right, idk)
Thanks for another great review Vartika. The ParanaLentes site is good in terms of shipping - my lenses always arrive within a week. *HOWEVER*, they keep changing the colours and styles of the lenses every year! I've always loved Natural Colours Cristal - because it's the prettiest green/blue and the limbal ring was very soft and extremely natural looking. The 2016 version was perfection. You couldn't even spot the pigmentation on the lens because it blended so well. But the 2017 Natural Colours Cristal lenses are a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. The colors are too light, the limbal rings are extremely hard and dark, and the overall finish is unnatural. The same happened to Quartz this year. Perhaps the only lenses that have barely changed and are still beautiful are the Hidrocor Graphite or Grey. They are the best in terms of natural finish and colour. Overall... I think I will stop buying Solotica for a while. It's too disappointing and certain lenses in the range are still a bit uncomfortable to wear after a couple of hours. (And I say this as someone who is used to wearing contacts for years.) Anyway, thanks again Vartika! Almost all the colours look wonderful on you!
Sadly the more popular Solotica gets the more their contacts go down in quality. They used to be so beautiful and natural before 2013 now they are so fake looking. They Might look ok in pictures and videos but not in person. The pupil hole is so small now it gives the eye an evil look. I miss the old soloticas from 2012 before they got so popular.
The Paranalentes site is reliable paranalentes.com . I order from them directly and usually get my lenses in about 5 to 7 business days using standard shipping (I'm in Chicago btw). In my opinion the "Natural Colors" line is the best for brown eyes. The Cristal are OMG SO AWESOME and FABULOUS and so natural looking. I constantly get compliments on them and people literally in my face when I tell them they are contacts because they don't believe they are colored contacts. They look even more awesome outdoors. Comfort wise not the best. I wear them over 12 hours at a time and find that I have to use re-wetting drops after 4 hours to keep them feeling fresh and light. Definitely not a deal breaker for me personally, they are annual lenses after all. I LOVE THEM!!

ohgod! how did you get the correct opacity of mel? I just noticed, not all the hidrocors have the same pupil hole size. the grafite, avela, and amber have large pupil holes while the ice, ocre, mel, and azul (not sure about marine though) have smaller pupil hole. while the quartzo, topazio, esmeralda and cristal have small pupil hole as well and they're the most opaque among the hidrocors but they're not just one-toned.
between the mel and amber? niether.. LOL. I rarely wear them. I ordered mel because I am expecting it to look like pistachio nut green but it didn't look the way it should be last 2016.. so then I tried amber. but it still didn't resemble the old mel.. how sad.. as for the avelas, I dont have them. I just saw millzladiva's video comparing the avela and ocre. ocre has a tighter pupil hole while the avela have a larger pupil hole. I will be taking a break for buying solotica lenses for now because I've found cheaper dupes with prescriptions!!
I have a feeling mine won't work for me because the lense pupil is wrong size - and I can't change that. I say this because many new pair give good clear vision but they are blurred just at the bottom of the lense as it's in my eye.
Thanks! I tried to showcase most of the various solotica colours in one video. My purpose was to show the colour more than the type of contact lenses (hidrocor/hidrocharme/natural colors). I did this because having a solid ring around your contact lens, or dotted ring, or no ring, is pretty standard for all the colours respective of what type you choose. However, colours vary and I just wanted everyone to have a good look at the different colours :) hope this helps. Btw. I have included Hidrocor Amber in the video

Can you do a comparison between 2017 Hidrocharme and NC Topazio? It is very hard to find any reviews on Hidrocharme Topazio. I am torn because the Topazio looks different every time I watch a video. Sometimes they look very natural, sometimes they look very fake. (?) *Confused*
I'm not sure if they would look the same as dark brown eyes. I would recommend you to search up people who have dark blue eyes and see how solotica's look on them :) hope this helped
Have you found that the hidrocor are a little more drying than the natural colors? I had natural colors first and now have hidrocor and they seem to get dry quickly

Brandon Pineda You have to contact your credit card or debit card bank to authorize the purchase. I had same problem because my bank had a protection feature on my card. Once I authorized the purchase the sale went through with no problems and it was safe.

The new 2017 color is much better than 2016 but why did they make the pupil hole smaller! A small pupil hole is what makes the eyes look fake, evil, vampire like. People don't realize a larger blended pupil hole is best. I miss the old 2012 soloticas those were truly the best, the type to actually fool people into thinking you're not wearing contacts!
Hi. 2017 Nc Crystal has a prominent almost black limbal ring in your video. I have 2016 version and limbal ring is not very strong, it's more like greyish color. Is that changed in 2017 ? Thank you.
I don't think it has totally gone back to the old opacity yet. I know, I'm in love with the old mel as well and wish they made that opacity. But, the mel's this year are not bad either

That is ur prescription if u have bad vision if u have good vision then put 0:0 you go to a doctor to get ur prescription so do an eye exam

Brandon Pineda You have to contact your credit card or debit card bank to authorize the purchase. I had same problem because my bank had a protection feature on my card. Once I authorized the purchase the sale went through with no problems and it was safe.

The new 2017 color is much better than 2016 but why did they make the pupil hole smaller! A small pupil hole is what makes the eyes look fake, evil, vampire like. People don't realize a larger blended pupil hole is best. I miss the old 2012 soloticas those were truly the best, the type to actually fool people into thinking you're not wearing contacts!

Hi. 2017 Nc Crystal has a prominent almost black limbal ring in your video. I have 2016 version and limbal ring is not very strong, it's more like greyish color. Is that changed in 2017 ? Thank you.

I don't think it has totally gone back to the old opacity yet. I know, I'm in love with the old mel as well and wish they made that opacity. But, the mel's this year are not bad either
