I love Belle and Sebastian, like they said in the video they are so creative with their songs and really everything, like shifting the lens and doing things in an unexpected way. They taught me a lot as an artist-not like song artist (I couldn’t do that well if my life was at stake) but like sort of just the way I think. Anyways, long comment short: yah they did a good album review :).

Exactly! I have tried my hand at songwriting and Stuart's writing has very much inspired my style of writing. They describe it really well in the podcast of how his songs feel more like chapters in a book rather than actual songs.
