I would like to believe that once you book a seat on any flight you're supposed to be treated with respect and get to serve whatever they serve in flight

The flight attendant named Rachel Lynn (Sarah Moliski) should've known that she should never judge someone before she gets to know them, especially the CEO of an airline named Tessa Myers (Mair Mulroney), and she should treat others the way she wanted to be treated by all of us, not just me.
So over the top, NO flight attendant would act that way 😬

I have had exact same reaction one when flying Delta Airlines. They were discriminating clearly. Never fly that Airlines ever now. I was not the only one, but other elderly Indian couple were treated the same way. Man their staff were all like specially trained to be rude.

It's weird how many in the comments think this is real when it's acting, skits. They can't even tell the difference between real filming which is better than cell phone video. Plus the same actor. You dont see this at all on airlines. The real show Undercover Boss is great.

Except a Flight Attendant would never be that rude, my cousins were Flight Attendant’s and they would never behave that way…someone would have heard her and told the pilot and the pilot would have gotten her fired long ago.

Even though this was a scripted scene, as a 17 yr waitress I can say the flight attendant character should have noticed a few things about the CEO. First was her rings. Anyone with any type of customer service experience would see the value of those rings, and known the clothes were a facade. Second, I know quite a few wealthy people that wear "cheap" clothes when traveling because of their comfort and it's not a huge hit to the wallet if those clothes get damaged/stained.
Third, based on the size of the seats in that scene, they appeared to be in 1st class anyway, so yeah...even if that ticket had cost her quite a bit, she still paid for it and as such, gets the same treatment as everyone else.
Finally, you never know who they know. She could be the little sister to a prestigious lawyer.(first example that came to mind)
