I'm a mechanic, and even at the start of the video i knew his KX was about to die. Bc when you see how he kicks it so fast, that already means that the compression is f*cked up... I don't even wanna see the inside of this engine.
Personally when i kick my KX250F i do one full go downward slowly (to set my piston on the TDC point, then i release the kickstarter, and i then i push slowly again until i'm on the "hard point" and when i'm on this hard point i push rlly hard on my leg. So when i see this dumb boi smashing his kickstarter multiple times in one go and the bike don't even start i'm like "oh ok i don't even wanna see the inside of this poor bike"
That is exactly what happend to my 07 kx250f except I didnt hear any rattling like that. I finally fixed it after 3 years I'm just waiting on a front sprocket

first of all you never warmed it up, 2nd your not shifting enough, it started ticking ages before it blew up and riding down the road like that you should hear t easily. 4strokes are really designed to be bounced off rev limiter every gear, you gotta short shift man
I read that if you are gonna ride straight like that on a motorcross250 for a while. You shouldn't exceed 25-30 mph, high top speeds at a steady kept pace can blow up your motor. The motor is designed for short powerful bursts for jumps and corners ect. A Harley is a cruiser. Other bikes as well. I bet it was just because he was simply going at a steady high speed for to long.

And my bike always starts on the first kick. Even when it's cold in the winter... So when i see this dumb boi smashing his kickstarter multiple times in one go and the bike don't even start i'm like "oh ok i don't even wanna see the inside of this poor bike"
#beatnotbabied
Dropping revs at a playground like a fool
That is exactly what happend to my 07 kx250f except I didnt hear any rattling like that. I finally fixed it after 3 years I'm just waiting on a front sprocket
damn bro u were riding it at hella high rpm’s shift up a gear
Exactly what he did, dude is killing the poor engine.
Damn op been getting dunked on for 4 years straight
Why he still tryna kick it when he can hear it’s fucked , will just damage the engine further obviously this guy doesn’t know his bike well
or he was just hoping it would run long enough to limp him back home....but sure.
Lmao so true, this knucklehead just wants to be a road warrior anyway.
@@wackypocket maybe so , but your giving yourself a lot more work potentially in fixing the bike than walking back with the clutch in ... but sure
if the engines fucked, the engines fucked.its gotta get fixed anyway, might as well try and make it home.
@@wackypocket well not really mate , the more damage done the more annoying it’s going to be to fix when you can clearly hear it has blown
As soon as I heard her getting loud I would have just pulled over and called someone to take her home and just rebuild her before she does too much damage 😂
Damn shift gears when you wheelie 💀
Drive it like a 2 stroke I love it, that's the way to do it, if I'm on a 4 stroke I drive it just like my banshee
Long walk back home and a few quid out of pocket sore one😬😂
I think this dude is American so it would be a long walk back home and a few bucks out of the pocket
I don't even feel bad. Simple things to keep your motor running
Prolly left the choke up
I’m new to dirt bikes the only thing I’m confused is chokes I know what they are but what are you supposed to do with them and also downshift
Then the long push home. Man I've been there before.
first of all you never warmed it up, 2nd your not shifting enough, it started ticking ages before it blew up and riding down the road like that you should hear t easily. 4strokes are really designed to be bounced off rev limiter every gear, you gotta short shift man
Lol
Long walk home was all I was thinking
Kid cant drive an motorcycle and bloes it Up! New title😂
It’s the way it’s ridden and the way it’s maintained. That’s it. Plain and simple. Poor maintenance, improper use^ equals... this guy
Andrew Sanders right on. No disrespect though. None of us know this guys/your circumstances
The thing that i found out was it wasn’t getting oil. It was pretty well maintained but ridden vary hard it is what it is.
2:15 he blamed the bike Ik how it feels when u mad but shit it’s not the bike
It has motocross numbers on it more than likely its been thrashed on a motocross track it whole life
Yeah it has. Then I got it and really beat the beans out of it
zero compression lol
right? i thought the thing was a two stroke with that compression
the kx be like " im on tarmac, wtf, im wanna ride in dirt , too late now succka !.
What a goon!
Those valves are toast ticking and rattling
I knew it was going to blow he had no compression on the kickstart
Automatic compression release exists
I read that if you are gonna ride straight like that on a motorcross250 for a while. You shouldn't exceed 25-30 mph, high top speeds at a steady kept pace can blow up your motor. The motor is designed for short powerful bursts for jumps and corners ect. A Harley is a cruiser. Other bikes as well. I bet it was just because he was simply going at a steady high speed for to long.
That’s 4 strokes for ya .. 2 stroke 👍🏻
bansheebandithot350, as a rider of 17 years who has owned many 2 and 4 stroke bikes, trust me, the 2 strokes blow up way more often. My 08 Crf450r four stroke has had one piston installed since it was bought in 2009. Didn't cost any more to do a cylinder and piston than my Yz250 either. Just do yourself a favor and do the work yourself. Shops are so high priced it's unreal.
I had a 2005 cr85r and it only blow up once in 12 years, I now have a 2006 cr125r which has never blown up on just put new piston and rings in it for a freshen up 2 months ago
bansheebandithot350 Keep your mosquito shit out of here. 2 strokes blow up more than 4 strokes.
Tek it to the scrap yard aaahhhhhhh
I’m all two stroke, but they do tend to blow up more. I’ve never had one blow though, some people don’t seem to know what that little lever on the left side by the foot peg is XD
Ts is actually so sad bruh the moment it blows ur either excited or really bumbed out cus u spent all ur money on parts and didn't save for repairs
Learn balance point and switching gears on a wheelie
Trying
And also back brake
Damn, this dudes bike goes “boof” and y’all hating like he messed your bike up. Nobody’s perfect
@@alkdjfhgks1919 exactly. She was just probably old, I had a gasket leak or something I doubt it was the owners fault
How did yoy blow up 4-stroke ITS almost imposible
Lmao you can hear how loud the engine is at the beginning
Someone needs to teach you how to ride and properly take care of it good hint let it warm up no you did not ride it around for you made the video cuz it did not take one kick
Okay stop readying the rest of the comments and making your own. Bikes don’t always start right up after being ridden
Mcjack57 you know it doesn’t always start after one kick.
Mcjack57 bra all bikes do that idiot
Dose the engine get oil when you wheelie I'm guessing bikes have baffled sumps?
U were hitting high ass rev meters bruh and it looked like the was no warm up
It blew up because it wasn’t getting enough oil
Andrew Sanders yeah because you didn't warm it up
+HDS BARRACUDA
He has already said it was ridden before the video.
This hurt me so bad, I had to put a blanket around my bike and put hot chocolate in its gas tank to cheer it up.
2:15
You don’t let the oil warm up, rev the piss out of it constantly, then call it a POS when it blows up.
1:35 Thank me later.
Young boy learned his lesson hopefully you'll learn how to shift next time
It’s a little harder when the wheel is off the ground
