Spectral Corruption how about the fact that there are many stories of immaculate conceptions, virgin births, scapegoat deaths and resurrections which pre-date that story told in the bible. What possible good reason is there to assume that the Christians have it right, when the very essence of their story is borrowed from other, more ancient religions?

Try telling a mason that Lucifer doesn’t exist, he’d respond “oh we are counting on you thinking that you stupid sheep retard.”
There is more historical evidence for Jesus of Nazareth being a living breathing person that existed and was crucified by Pontus Pilot then any other ancient world person other than Josephus the Historian, and that’s what 99 percent of scholars would agree on. Anyone who doubts that Jesus existed is so pathetically ignorant, they don’t even know what their secular priests (scientists) know to be true. Well if they couldn't answer it, they must not be very smart. The simple reason is this: because of Adam, all will die. It doesn't matter if you believe it or not. You will eventually die. But to have eternal life, you must believe Jesus died for your sins, and rose again. Think of it like being in a room on fire, and a firefighter is coming to save you, and he says "Trust me". Saying "Oh I don't believe the fire is real, I don't need you" is foolish. All Jesus simply asks is that you obey him and trust him... To sum it all up:
Death needs no belief to work for us, it's default. but eternal life does, because only Jesus gives us eternal life.

  • @kennyflores3727
    @kennyflores3727 4 года назад +5

It is so ironic that we automatically discount the resurrection, but yet we ignore or choose to put off the reality of death. Death is such an extreme yet it is real. You look at a body and it is evident something was there that no longer is. Our spirit is eternal. I’ve had two experiences where my spirit nearly left my body. I was raised in a Christian family. Thought it was all religion, then one day a tangible presence and assurance encountered me at church. God is real & Jesus is real and alive. The resurrection is just as extreme as death is. If Christ wasn’t real we wouldn’t be debating him 2,000 years later and the reason God limited evidence is so that we would have to accept him by faith but he gave us enough evidence to take that step of faith. Regardless, we will all die someday & then we will know. Our spirits continue on after this body physically dies. Lastly, it’s funny we use more logic and faith to reject and deny Christ than we do to accept him. Also, there is evil and also a devil. I’ll be praying for everyone who commented. One day our faith will be our eyes and that goes for everyone whether your faith is accepting Christ or rejecting him....if anyone actually chooses to seek him you will find him !

Nonsense. We discount the resurrection because it has only conjecture and unverifiable stories in support of it. Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence. I have no reason to think Jesus was anything more than a normal person running a cult whose followers deified him. Death is the end. The sooner we realize this the better things will get. Believers care more about their fantasy based afterlife than their life today and as a result ignore the environment and treat the planet and it's other lifeforms like shit.

Repeatedly Ignoring these *FACTS* proves that religion has indoctrinated and radicalized you to be a dogmatic brainwashed unthinking dishonest fundamentalist fool.
      *FACTS:*
Correlation doesn't imply causation. There are about a quadrillion uninhabitable planets out there and at least 8 of them are in our solar system. The big bang is the expansion of existing condensed matter. Nobody know if the changing universe is eternal or was created. If without evidence you claim there is an eternal God, then you can save a step and assume the changing universe is eternal. So, it's quite likely that earth just got lucky in its formation and delusional folks are praising an imaginary God.
Neither abiogenesis nor evolution needs God. The evil COVID19, influenza, malaria, etc., are DNA/RNA based. They can't be God's creation or naturally modified versions of it due to imperfections because by definition God is neither evil nor imperfect. Since nature by itself has created the living RNA/DNA of those diseases, then nature by itself is capable of creating life from non-life.
Religion is a scam that uses fear tactics to scam the gullible fools who obviously lack critical thinking. Religion threatens the fools with an imaginary hell for not believing in an imaginary God, and rewards their gullibility with an imaginary heaven. Salvation is a solution to a problem the religion scam has created. It's like a charlatan going around cutting gullible fools with a knife in order to sell bandaid.
The sin-sacrifice story of Jesus implies a superstitious savage irrational God who values blood-sacrifice, which was common back then - e.g. sacrificing a goat for a new home. Decades after Jesus, the delusional superstitious hoaxer Christian writers created the resurrection hoax by making up fake testimonials that the disciples witnessed an empty tomb & a risen Jesus. If Jesus had Godly powers, he'd still be alive to prove he has Godly powers. Resurrection & ascendance to heaven is a hoax that easily dupes the gullible fools.

Also, I have a really hard time believe that there is a God that actually cares and listens to me. That just doesn’t sound real. Like why would God care about my problems? If he did he would have answered my prayers and not made me suffer so much in this disgusting world. Also, why do some people get saved and others don’t? Psychopaths are born messed up because of their brain, you can’t really blame them for the sins they do. Why would God send them to hell? Overall, God just doesn’t seem fair to me. Especially in the Bible, he made Israelites the “chosen people”. So if you were born as an Israelite then you’re good and don’t have to worry about going to hell, but if you were born in some different tribe or nationality, you were immediately a bad person??? People don’t get to choose where they are born!

@Lynn Alice Evidence would be, for example, historically credible accounts from contemporary sources mentioning Jesus with sufficient corroboration to identify him as the man who may or may not have inspired the gospel accounts. I am not claiming Jesus never existed, I am just pointing out the lack of contemporary evidence for his existence. I would also ask what evidence you have that Christians were ever persecuted?
Tacitus was writing long after the events and was just commenting on what Christians in Rome claimed to believe. Hence he is third hand evidence and not contemporary. The gospel of Mark predates Tacitus so people could just be repeating its stories to Tacitus (the same goes for Pliny). Josephus does not mention Jesus, the Testimonium Flavianum is a 4th century interpolation by Eusebius. A fact acknowledged by biblical scholars for more than 100 years.

@Lynn Alice I said zero contemporary evidence and that is true. If the events described in the gospels had actually happened then someone would have mentioned them around the time they were alleged to have happened. Not a single one of the many people writing around the early to mid 1st century mention anything. Atheism is not a religion in the same way that the off switch is not a TV channel and not playing tennis isn't a sport. Ido not say that jesus never existed, I point out the fact that no contemporary evidence exists and it doesn't!

@@justicebjorke3201 No, Jospephus does not mention Jesus. The Testimonium Flavianum is a 4th century interpolation by Eusebius and the 'who is known as the Christ' insertion later is known to be a later interpolation as that part of Josephus is talking about Jesus son of Damnius, later high priest in Jerusalem. Tacitus and Seutonius are writing even later and only recounting what Christians of that period were telling them. This is after the gospels of Mark, Matthew and Luke had been written. With the story from the gospels being disseminated among Christian sects its hardly surprising they pass the Euhemerised version of Jesus on to Tacitus and Seutonius (and Pliny). None of these are contemporary (not even Josephus). Which is the point I made above.

The story of Jesus' death and resurrection is a perfect example of PLAGIARISM from older pagan literature. Tammuz was a god of Assyria, Babylonia and Sumeria. He was also celebrated with the cross symbol (I dare any Christian to look this up). Ctesias author of Persika, wrote about Tammuz. The ancient poet has perpetuated his memory in rhyme.
    “Trust, ye saints, in your risen Lord;
For the pains which Tammuz endured
Our salvation have procured.” (400 B.C.) This was written before any book in the New Testament of the Bible. Before the Jesus story. And the legend of Tammuz goes back thousands of years. Doesn’t the Bible story of the death of Jesus, sound just like Tammuz? Risen Lord who died and suffered pain to bring salvation to humanity? Also celebrated with the cross symbol? Isn’t that what the Bible says about Jesus? Yes. Christians: This is not by mere coincidence. So don’t excuse it as such. So why believe in a Bible man who walked on water, was born of a virgin and raised from the dead? Alot of the Bible is based upon stolen pagan concepts predating it. There was NO virgin birth. Its a fable. And that's only ONE example out of the hundreds I could give you. The ancient deity of Tammuz came WAY before the story of Jesus. Even in ancient Mesopotamian clay tablets dating to the Amorite Period dating from the periods 2000-1600 BC containing teachings of Tammuz and the legend are currently held in the Louvre museum in Paris. This was written BEFORE ANY book in the bible. Older than the Book of Genesis which was written around 1440 B.C. Look THAT up. NO BOOK can tell you what a god wants. And NO BOOK could ever prove WHO or WHAT created us. And no book can ever prove that what you worship had a son who was sinless, born of a virgin and rose from the dead. The Bible even mentions the worship of Tammuz in Ezekiel 8:14. Bible wroters were WELL AWARE of these pagan teachings. And if they were WELL AWARE of it, it should be NO SHOCK to you that they stole these pagan concepts. It JUST like Christians who decorate their trees on Dec 25th. Smh. Dec 25th is a PAGAN holiday and the tree decorating is forbidden in the book of Jeremiah because it says that its a detestable practice of PAGANS (Jeremiah 10:1-5, BIBLE). But YET Christians STILL decorate their trees every year and celebrate on December 25th which is a PAGAN holiday (Yule Tides) December 25th is NOT Jesus' birthday! And those decorated trees have nothing to do with Jesus. The church at one time even tried to adopt the PENTAGRAM symbol which is also PAGAN. I speak FACTS 💯 The bible writers STOLE concepts from pagans. But All you have are CLAIMS. There's a difference between facts and claims. Facts are proven, demonstrable and don't require faith. However, your claims DO require faith.

Do you THINK there is good evidence for a god or do you KNOW there is? Big difference there. Anybody can think or believe anything, assuming something is evidence in hindsight of a presupposition is not actually evidence.
"Many arguments such as the moral argument have convinced me of God."
How? Morality is a presupposition and always has been. Apologetic arguments are only there to convince believers what they already believe, they aren't logically valid and rely on assumptions, especially the moral argument.
"And, apologists have been able to debunk objections and attempted and alleged refutations of the moral argument. "
Not in any meritorious way. The moral argument is based on assumption. It's a giant WHAT IF, not an argument that proves anything.
"I believe in the God of Christianity because of the evidence we have for the ressurection."
Again, repeating a presupposition is not an argument. You can believe what you want, but there isn't any evidence, just man made stories written 20+ years after the events they allegedly describe, with no contemporary accounts or sources whatsoever. Nothing wrong with believing, but claiming evidence for somebody rising from the dead (a completely unfalsifiable unverifiable extraordinary claim) is ridiculous.
"I would be more than willing to share with you some of the reasons why I believe Jesus rose from the dead."
I know why you believe. It's what you've been taught and raised into as a kid. Apologetic arguments don't convince non believers because they don't hold merit. They only reinforce what somebody already believes via deception and word games.
      Where is the archaeological evidence?
      Where are the contemporary sources?
Those are the 2 biggest standards of historical inquiry. I don't care why you believe. I care if you claim there is evidence because usually that is based on deception and myth. I'm a skeptic because none of the so called Jesus evidence is meritorious. There is equally as much evidence supporting the Egyptian Book of the Dead or the Quran.

      3. Therefor God
It's pure nonsense. First, belief in morals and duties can exist without god, look at Buddhists and secular humanists. Second nobody can objective prove morals and duties exist, merely that SOME people believe they do. People all across the world disagree on morality, it's subjective. Objective means it can be demonstrated, and it can't. It relies 100% on faith. The moral argument is self defeating trickery like all apologetic lies.
"Second of all, the resurrections is the best explanation for why a group of Jews began to worship a man named Jesus. "
Prove it. Just stating that isn't an argument, it's an opinion. LOL@ claiming the best explanation for a religion is the supernatural one when there are thousands of other religions. Do you take the same position on Mohammed writing the Quran dictated to him by Allah? I mean it's the best explanation for why a group of Pagans in the middle east started worshiping Allah, right? LOL.
"Back then, the Jews believed that there would be a resurrection at the end of time."
      No they didn't.
"The disciples couldn’t have knowingly been lying about Jesus rising from the dead if they knew it wasn’t true. "
False. The stories of Jesus came 20+ years after the events by non eye witnesses and 3rd party accounts. There isn't a single contemporary source for the resurrection. You just want it to be true. Again, there is just as much evidence for Quran. Stories are stories, not automatic fact.
"Second of all, it couldn’t have been that the women got the wrong tomb because the Pharisees and other people trying to stomp out the Christians would have simply produced the tomb Jesus was actually buried on, thus ruling out the possibility that the disciples had the wrong tomb. "
All based on folklore, not actuality.
"So, the resurrection of Jesus Christ is held up by historical facts."

"Subjective morality is the idea that morality depends on people’s opinions. "
False. You are talking about moral relativism. Subjective morality is a statement of fact considering that you can't objectively demonstrate any of it. Objective morality is a myth, whether you WANT it to be true or not.
"That kind of reasoning has lead to things like Stalin,Hitler, the Holocaust, and the bloodbath under Communist rule in places like China and Soviet Russia. "

I ask you to give this your academic ear for a second. Carbon dating isn’t correct because we have historical evidence it existed 200 years before the carbon dating. We have evidence via the Hungarian prayer codex it at LEAST dates the cloth 1132...(cabin dating said 1350’s). also, the image is a photo NEGATIVE...it couldn’t have been made by human hand because people in the Middle Ages didnt know of the concept of photography to even know of the concept of negative imagery until the 1800s. It wasn’t until 1898 did we take the first photo of the cloth to identify its negative characteristics. It is forensically perfect to a crucifixion and only has 4 fingers because the thumb curls in on crucified victims. It has over 64 pollens from Jerusalem. Also, if it were made by human hand how did they make it? The image is 3 microns deep, and is a 3D image on the vp8 analyzer...only artifact In the world to do so. Indeed there is no logical explanation for answering those questions. If you can tell me how an artist made each particle brighter and darker on the image to display a 3d image on the VP8 analyzer, so that the image becomes three dimensional, please let me know. We still can’t create the image nor explain it today. If the event was truly a radioactive event, which means Jesus became radioactive Light at the time of his resurrection and imprinted his negative image on the cloth that wrapped him, more carbon monoxide would’ve been exhibited on the cloth to interfere with carbon dating, nor to mention the handling by human hand over 2000 years plus surviving a fire in the 1300. If you are so convinced the image was a hoax, explain to me how they made a negative 3D image. Then tell me what other image made by human hand resembles these characteristics? The first apostles saw this cloth in the Tomb and believed he had risen. No surprise that the greatest event in human history had physical evidence and witness of it occurring. If you want to discuss further, please answer the above questions and we can have a logical and scientific discussion. If you’re going to be willful ignorant to the point of not even listening to my points above then you’ve already made up your mind and turned your back to science.

My heart was always with the lord. I was raised as a Christian & went to Church. I lived in a bad area, in a very dangerous city & have seen a lot of evil. I dealt with many trials & tribulations like hunger & starvation. Do to all that has happened, it strengthened me, even if I didn't know it & was falling apart. I had protected myself from darkness with a cold personality, but my true nature was shown to my friends & those I loved. I wasn't evil towards people just didn't show any emotion. I'm just trying to live happy & make others happy & hopeful, spreading love, light, and positivity. Trying to help them with their mental struggles, & the demons that tried to drag them down to the Pitts of hell.
When I was very young I remember
VERY vividly in a dream still to this day, sitting in the lap of Jesus in heaven. That night I wept for my grandmother, I was in an abusive home wanting an escape. I see what he's done for me. In my teen years, I was lost, out of control, into witchcraft, not dark magic but just interested in the hidden/magical/ general occult, but he was still present.
I was losing my mind, embracing insanity, going through 8 years of depression, tortured by anxiety, negative thoughts of things that don't matter. I was dealing with Psychosis, panic attacks, all sorts of mental issues. Multiple personalities (Demon). This all started before I became comforted by darkness, all I wanted to find was the truth, though I was met with false truths. I was extremely manic, even wanted to kill someone. I was sad & hated myself for so long, it seemed like I gave so much yet was being tormented. Saw many demons in my home. I didn't want to be like this. I was bullied in school at times, started to hate humanity. I was in constant emotional agony. I felt like cutting my arm & bleeding was more pleasurable then the emotions I was always feeling. I felt death was my friend, cause it would lead me back home. I hoped for death at times. I became very dark, numb, & cold. Started smoking bud, drinking, pre marital sex, just sinning. That demon of the past was trying to annihilate me. Even though I loved god & saw many great signs of his existence, unbelief was there. I wanted to know more so I wanted to try to lucid dream, astral project, meditate, sun gaze, mirror gaze, all sorts of spirituality practices, and I fell away from him.
Nothing evil, anyway...except for the tarot cards & occult. Since then I repented from those things, rebuked, & renounced them. I thought I was doing good for others casting things to help them..it usually only took from me. After awhile, feeling good from meditation, working out, eating healthy. I stopped. I fell into the deepest despair of insanity & questioned my everything I ever thought about. EVERYTHING! I was dead, I was begging, asking for help, pleading actually..to anyone that would listen. And my friend brought me back to the church & on a certain night I begged God for a sign of his existence so I may stop doubting him.
And that night I had a dream & at the end of the dream of some random kid on a bike being chased by a madman in a car. I was in a mountain & inside was crystal clear waters, in those waters I was with two others that I don't remember the faces of, but a white horse that gave me an immense feeling of bliss & peace came to me from across the waters from the other side. It seemingly smiled and the dream ended. When I woke up I was puzzled & asked my pastors & they believe as I did, that it was Jesus. Before this I kept seeing videos of hell pop up in my feed, so I watched them. I was trembling like I never had before. I was not walking with God as I should have, & I was convicted. I was compelled after thinking of all the possibility that there is no doubt that god exists, he is the lord Jesus Christ. I believe in his name as I always have & I am happy that he brought me back to him. It's funny my place of torture was called Bethel Road. I kid you not my youth was hell epitomized.
He wanted me to fight with him. He made me strong & cold to this world for a reason, the cold heart turned into a burning anger towards evil, a rightious heart. My wrath and his shall be poured onto those evil entities when fighting with the lord in Armageddon. The world corrupted one of his angels, I was so pure when I was younger, & wanted to do nothing but help others & nurture. My innocence was stripped from me as I realized the harsh realities of this painful world. I have seen angels & great wonders by the lord. Crosses & angels in the sky, visions. I was having excruciating migraines that do didn't go away, asked for him to make them vanish & they did. This was when I was a kid & was younger & unprogrammed. All I saw was lies. I now have the wisdom by God to see that he brought me back in haste, so I may not be appointed to his wrath. Which is good cause I want to be with him. I detest this evil world, I have always looked to the sky longing for home. HEAR ME FOR MY MIDDLE NAME IS GABRIEL, THIS IS MY TESTIMONY OF MY EXPERIENCE IN LIFE AND WITH THE LORD!
Through him my pains washed away, even though meditating helped slightly. It would do nothing in these days knowing judgement is here, I am glad I put my faith 200% back in Jesus Christ. If I was meditating and continuing with the new age practices I would be absolutely terrified, depressed, & souly hopless knowing the end is here. But I am happier each day, through all my agony I have found paradise is Christ. Having a relationship with the one who created you.
For those who read this & do not believe. DO YOU NOT SEE THE PROPHECY BEING FULFILLED BEFORE YOUR VERY EYES! ISRAEL & ARAB PEACE DEAL WAS APART OF PROPHECY! Israel just split, god is real. (Israel=Is real) IT'S UNFOLDING BEFORE US, THE CHURCH SHOULD BE TALKING MORE ABOUT REVELATIONS NOT AVOIDING IT! You don't want to be here for the coming judgement, so accept Jesus now for I feel it in my spirit & very soul he is coming for his believers soon. Like almost now soon, I have this INNER KNOWING that he is indeed coming, even when I was not walking with him. At first I was scared to hear of revelation, then I remembered the rapture & Jesus's blessed promise. Don't let anybody strip you of his promise, his blessed hope.
If you are his, walk with him, have a relationship with him, love him, be obedient to his grace, fear not. See unlike the devils gifts..it won't cost you. Jesus's salvation is free. If you reject him, your heart will shatter as his did when you rejected him. You don't want to hear "I never knew you, depart from me!" But Jesus has a big heart, full of love & joy. He heals the broken hearted & those who weren't shown love. His mercy is an ever flowing ocean. Continue to pray everyday, speak to him, read his word, you will be comforted everyday. Teach revelations with the hope of the rapture. People will run away from Christ if it's doom and gloom, PRE-TRIBULATION RAPTURE IS THE TRUTH! We are the bride of Christ, the church. JESUS WOULDN'T LET SOMEONE BEAT THE CRAP OUT OF HIS BRIDE BEFORE THE WEDDING, which is what the tribulation is.
Believe NOW and subscribe to God before its too late! REPENT FOR THE TIME OF HIS GATHERING OF THE CHURCH IS NEAR! BE RIGHTEOUS IN CHRIST! Most importantly accept you are seperated from God because of your sin. No amount of good works or anything will save you. Only Yeshua's Salvation. Accept this free gift & believe that Jesus died on the cross, took your punishment on calvary, that he rose on the third day, & ascended into heavan. Choose to walk with the lord, call upon him, ask for his holy spirit. It is by the glory of God I didn't take my life. I thank the lord for everything, gratitude=blessings. In Jesus name, bless anyone who reads this, help them see your presence lord, father god let them feel the holy spirit, & be called to come to you. Let them pick up their cross, follow & worship your mighty name. In the holy name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth! I've been through it all, yet the way I was lead to was god, recently. The lord chose you, chose to suffer for YOUR sins, so we may not perish but have eternal life. Repent and turn away from your sins, change your mind, walk with God, speak to god, have a relationship with Christ & his word will guide you. Pray that you may be counted worthy to escape the coming devastation. Our holy father will save us, you must believe this. Let no one try to take away his promise, we have been faithful. We already are under demonic spiritual warefare. We are not appointed to his wrath, but rapture. Love God, he loves you to give his only begotten son to pay the wages of sin which is death. If you accept Jesus's free gift of salvation you are redeemed. How to accept? Say this: "I believe in the father, son, & the holy spirit. Sin seperated me from you, I believe deep in my heart that Jesus is the son of God, that he died on the cross for our sins, rose on the third day, & ascended into heavan. I turn away from sin & will take up my cross and follow you lord, obey your will for me. Jesus I trust in you!" Jesus is awaiting you with open arms, call upon his name! Heavan & Hell are very real places, choose your eternity now🙏

If christianity was actually a "sun cult" and the "son"=the "sun" then his resurrection can easily be explained in earlier myths neither "pagan" nor Jewish, such as zoroastrianism and other ancient cults of sun worship. We literally celebrate the birth of the "son" at the suns lowest trajectory through the sky. The fact that this guy completely ignores sun cults is kind of aggravating for someone who is open minded and actually looking for answers.

I frankly find it astounding at the degree to which Dr. Craig, the "scholar" has allowed his scholarship to become so awfully tainted by dogma and doctrines. All of his presentations that I have listened to clearly show this built in bias. Let's look at one aspect of this video. Craig says that the origin of the Disciples belief in Jesus' resurrection had no prior indicators. That's not true. According to the Bible, there were numerous cases, some known to the disciples, when the dead were raised including Lazarus. Additionally, Jesus told them in Mark 10:34 in plain terms, not parables, what was to happen to him including his resurrection. Now, they may have had doubts when he initially told them; but, after they "saw" him after he was supposedly killed and buried, they would have, as a matter course, recalled what he had told them about this event and belief would have slowly come to them. This would have been especially the case as Peter, the designated "holder of the keys" and the power associated therewith, was the force behind the belief. The idea of life after death, resurrection, did nor start with Jesus and the disciples. The Egyptians were the first, that we know of, to place great emphasis on the heart. In the Egyptian Book of the Dead, the "heart" is "weighed". In Jeremiah 17:10, we have God "searching" the heart. The Egyptians were the first, that we know of, to state a rational case for a soul with actions. They believed that the soul "KA" needed a body and vice versa. Accordingly, they mummified the body with the belief that it would rise again. Additionally, they placed in the tomb along with the body all the provisions deemed necessary for when the body rose again. In Daniel we find that the King was "weighed". Indeed, the idea that morality has weight came directly and firstly, that we know of, via the Egyptians. Today, the Bible is saturated with references to the heart and its contents. Furthermore, the Jews were heavily influenced by the dominant powers that conquered or ruled over them, including the Egyptians, Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks and Romans. The truth is, everything evolves. Each idea is a seed derived from a predecessor. For example, the idea of one God originated, as far as we know, with the Pharaoh of Egypt, Akhenaten. It was the seed having its own predecessor, from which todays idea of monotheism evolved. The sun is a seed in the chain of seeds by which we now have the brilliant ball in Times Square on New Years Eve. Jesus' resurrection evolved from assorted ideas, claims and practices, which were predecessors. If the truth matters, then let it be told.

It is obvious that the flesh and blood bodies that we have are subject to decay and death they are corruptible and corruptible bodies cannot inherit heaven so what must happen to these corruptible bodies in order that they may inherit heaven verse 51-53 once our bodies become incorruptible then they will be able to inherit the Kingdom of God which is incorruptible when we read verse 50-53 we see the real meaning of verse 50 we know that our transformed body's will be glorified flesh and bones with no blood read Luke 24:39 when His Spirit re-entered back into his body His Resurrection was a transformation His flesh became glorified His blood disappeared yes brothers Gal 1:1 God the Father resurrected His sons body but how can this be when 1 Peter 3:18 says that he was made alive "in the spirit" notice it doesn’t say "made alive as a spirit" It reads made alive "in the spirit" “In the Spirit” is a shorter way of saying in or by the power of the Spirit so Jesus body was made alive by His human Spirit Romans 8:11(the Spirit is Jesus the Him is Jehovah in Romans 8:11) God the Father played a role in the resurrection because he gave the commandment Jesus human Spirit played a role in his resurrection because he obeyed the commandment we know this because what did Jesus human Spirit say within His body John 10:17,18 John 2:19-21 let's read John 20:27 He decided to keep His wounds as proof that His body had risen and oneday his wounds will go away when we are all one let's read John 20:14 the reason why Mary didn't recognize him is because verse 1 tells us that it was early and still dark (verse 11-15) we see that she begins to weep so her tears grief and the darkness got in the way of her recognizing Jesus no wonder she mistook Jesus as the gardener plus she believes that Jesus is dead she wasn’t expecting Jesus to be alive it was her grief that didn’t allow her to recognize his voice at first verse 16 she recognizes Him and for Luke 24:30,31 verse 16 tells us why they didn’t recognize Him [1 Corinthians 15:13-17] does 1 Timothy 2:5 contradict 2 Corinthians 5:16 You believe that this verse proves that we should no longer view Jesus in a body of flesh your view is wrong the verse is about not setting the mind on the flesh but why Romans 8:6-8 Jesus the man is soon coming to transform Philippians 3:21to transform our bodies to be like his glorious body and to remove His people from the earth 1 Thess 4:13-18 and oneday He will bring His people back to a new earth your 144000 Doctrine is straight up ass you misuse scripture to support your false doctrine like 1 Corinthians 15:44 which ill explain later also the NWT had to change verse 23 in Romans 8 to support the false doctrine about being spirits in heaven Compare the NWT of Romans 8:23 with the KJV Romans 8:23 another way it could be translated in the KJV is "release of our body" there is a big difference in the release of our body and the release from our body the release of our body is the release from the pain of decay and death and that release is the addition of immortality and the kingdom Interlinear Translation of the Greek Scriptures on your website proves that the KJV translation of Romans 8:23 is accurate there is not one verse that says that flesh cannot inherit heaven now explaining 1 Corinthians 15:44 the KJV uses the word "natural" your bible uses the word "physical" probably to throw you off to make you think that Paul is talking about two different bodies a physical body and a spirit body but that view is wrong Paul is talking about one body that will one day change we know this because the word "it" is referring to the same body read verses 42-44 in 1 Corinthians 15 the resurrected physical body is called spiritual because it will be filled and directed by Gods Spirit lets read Romans 8:11 you need Gods Spirit

You keep going off in some other direction unrelated to what I'm talking about. Now, why if people are rising from the dead did not a single, Roman, Greek, Persian, Egyptian, Babylonian, unconverted Jew or anyone else witness, write about, or even mention and/or dismiss these occurrences?

'Their whole credibility was on the info being correct' No it wasn't! You don't know this subject. Ancient biographers regularly embellished their accounts of famous people's lives. This was considered normal and not even criticised by others. Accounts from Egypt, Rome, Sumeria, Phoenicia, Greece all did this and admitted doing it.
'the Romans didn't have issues with Jesus' then why was he (allegedly) crucified? The Judean authorities still executed people themselves at this time ( by stoning) they did not need Roman permission.
'it was all done so the Jews would make get out of hand' - that does not make grammatical sense
'You have to take all the accounts place them together and see if it falls apart or not.'. I did and it all fell apart.
The original version of Mark (the first gospel) ended with the finding of the empty tomb, the resurrection was added later. The structure of Mark is in a fictional story format (constructed around symmetric themes), not biographical. Mark also draws on Ot scripture for material to construct his narrative and gets things wrongs, such as using the passage about people casting lots forJesus garments, this was taken from the psalms. He thought it was prophecy but is actually Davids account of an attack upon himself. Matthew is juts a copy of Mark with the errors about Judaism taken out (Mark was not a jew and did not know when the sabbath was for example) and he inserted his own material, usually of a very imaginative nature. (Matthew is the one with the zombie invasion of Jerusalem). Luke, like Matthew, is based on Mark. John is much later and also is based on Mark though with a much more aggressively messianic Jesus. John is also the most edited Gospel, with so many changes over time it no longer has a coherent narrative.

@Scott Ricks Christians are the only ones that believe jesus rose from the dead. Jahovah , Jews , Muslims , do not believe this. The new testament isn't accepted by many other denominations. It seems outside of intellectual capacity to think it was simply made up. He seems to think people can only know what they've seen and don't have the imagination to make up someone rising from the dead. "If it's written in the bible , it must be true". Is the Christian way of thinking.

An all good and all loving God must not be an arbitrary tyrant, He must create beings with free-will or He is a monster. Jesus was indeed dead, we have no record of anyone ever surviving a roman crucifixion.
There was a creed of eye-witness accounts of Jesus’ Resurrection that date back to months after His death.
The empty tomb: even the opponents of Jesus(Romans/Pharisees admit the tomb was empty.
For most ancient writings there are at most 2 sources, Yet we have 9 separate sources inside & outside the New Testament confirming eye-witness account of Jesus’ Resurrection.
The accusation by opponents at the time was that the disciples would steal Christs body out from the tomb to feed the lie of resurrection. And for this the Romans set up a guard(10-30 Roman soldiers) to guard the tomb day & night, as well as a large stone on the door of the tomb, as well as a roman seal over said stone to secure it. To break this seal was punishable by death, this accusation is towards the disciples who just days before forsook Jesus and ran in fear after He was taken captive by the Sanhedrin. Why then would this very group then change their ways, hearts, minds to be obedient to Christ in midst of persecution & death in future if not for the revelation of Christs resurrection.
Jesus appeared to over 500 people for a period of 40 days after His death, to deny their testimony is to baselessly accuse a mass group of people of all being under simultaneous delusion. One of those accounts being that of Saul of Tarsus, stating His transformation of once persecuting & rejecting Christ came by his encounter with the risen Christ on the road towards the city of Damascus.
Secular history books record the resurrection event as fact: Josephus(Jewish Antiquities 18.3.3), Thomas Arnold(History of Rome); 2 credible historians of their time recorded the resurrection as fact.
      In modern times:
Frank Morrison, Lee Stroebel, & Josh Mcdowell all professed atheists sought to disprove the resurrection by historical means & by their studies came to the conclusion it had to be true and all 3 converted to Christianity.
Jesus Christs body was never found: neither Romans nor Israels leaders could reproduce the body even though it was in their best interest to do so, yet still to this day the tomb is empty.
Sir Lionel Luckhoo is in the Guinness book of world record as the greatest defense trial lawyer of all time, He won 245 consecutive murder cases & was knighted twice by Queen Elizabeth. Understanding this mans accolades & expertise in deciphering truth we then look to his quote regarding Christs resurrection: “I say unequivocally the evidence for the resurrection of Jesus Christ is so overwhelming that it compels acceptance by proof which leaves absolutely no room for doubt.” - Sir Lionel Luckhoo (The Question Answered: Did Jesus Rise from the Dead?)

It's not physical evidence, but evidence via process of elimination. The problem with denying the resurrection is that you have to explain something that would take leaps and bounds to do so: why would somebody in first century Judea believe in someone rising from the dead into a glorified body ahead of everyone else who has yet to experience the resurrection. In fact, you can even go as far as ask why anyone in first century Judea would believe in a Son of God at all. The problem with even beginning to assert that they could would go against any basic cultural understanding of what the worldview, live, thought process, history, scripture, and so on was like. To us, the idea of "the Son of God" is an easy concept to analyze. But in first century Judea, the idea would be unthinkable.

    • @zachtastic625

@@ZerogunRivale There is no such thing as "evidence by process of elimination." If you claim to know an answer for something, then you must show that answer is correct, you can't just pretend it's the default position because other explanations haven't been proved. Your problem is you are inherently biased and seem to think your extra ordinary claim somehow is the default position, when it can't be demonstrated in any reasonable manner.
"The problem with denying the resurrection is that you have to explain something that would take leaps and bounds to do so:"
The burden of proof is on you. I don't have to explain anything. Historically humans have written many legends and fiction stories. The problem with accepting the resurrection is that extra ordinary claims require extra ordinary evidence. A story is not that.
"why would somebody in first century Judea believe in someone rising from the dead into a glorified body ahead of everyone else who has yet to experience the resurrection."
Because they were tricked into believing such, just like with all religions. You don't have any eyewitness accounts, just stories written years to decades after the fact by people that never met Jesus. Why would you consider that credible evidence for an extra ordinary event? People believe in Chupacabra and all kinds of crazy stuff. Everybody's got a story. It's like asking why people in the 7th century would believe Muhammad witnessed a vision of Allah.
"To us, the idea of "the Son of God" is an easy concept to analyze"
It's easy to conceptualize what you have been indoctrinated into blindly accepting, sure, but that doesn't change the fact that the trinity is one of the most ridiculous concepts in all religions when looked at from an outside third party unbiased perspective.

Unfortunately the teachings of Yeshua were corrupted by Rome and her pagan doctrines inserted. The virgin birth, the crucifixion, resurrection were not literal but spiritual and have deeper meaning. I find the gross abilities of apologists to obfuscate, obmit and circumvent the truth to be utterly mind-boggling. Jerusalem was a hotbed of intrigue and evil intentions, graft and corruption, collusion and bribery, robbers and thieves and those in dire need. Among this group, motives (a tomb and body (of a stranger) dripping in excess with some seventy pounds of the most expensive oils and spices know to man), means (enough men to remove the stone) and opportunities (the tomb was left unattended for a least sixteen hours and as much as sixty hours), abounded. Accordingly, there are just too many practical reasons why Jesus' tomb could be empty, all without the need for a miracle. The above and the following serve to dismantle the "miracle only" position and claim of apologists.
Jesus, along with his disciples, being from Galilee, was a stranger in Jerusalem with no family, friends or acquaintances there that we know of. Accordingly, the idea that Joseph took Jesus' body and placed it in a tomb is very suspect, on its face. It is the least probable of all the possibilities. Joseph, a man of position, prestige and wealth, had too much to loose before his fellow Sanhedrin members and the ever paranoia filled and suspicious Romans. Pointedly, there is no indication that idiots ever made it to that august body, the Sanhedrin. Accordingly, no member of the Sanhedrin would be so stupid as to bury the body of what had been shown to be, just another discredited, convicted and crucified self-proclaimed messiah. In Acts 5:36, the words of the great Jewish scholar and Sanhedrin member, Gameliel attest to this. Consequently, Matthews' (27:60) assertion that Joseph of Arimathea buried Jesus in his own family tomb is totally ludicrous and certainly a mythical creation as are a lot of the material in that book.

Craig's commentary shows an acute lack of imagination on his part and his inability to follow critical steps in the evolution processes. When I read the Egyptian Book of the Dead and other related materials, I can easily see the development of the idea of a resurrection. Who would/could ever believe that the heart continues to live after death. The ancient Egyptians did. Whoever wrote that: "God sought a man after his own heart." and "..you have been weighed (as the Egyptians weighed the heart) evidently knew much of what the Egyptians thought of the heart. Also, if man can think of parts of a body being torn apart and scattered as was Osiris' and then be reassembled to a functioning entity again, as did the Egyptians, then certainly he can think of a Jesus style resurrection. The Egyptians' society had all the ideas in hand for the making of a Jesus type resurrection. Accordingly, Jesus' resurrection was no more than the sum of notions gained from the Egyptians. Now certainly Craig knows this all too well. Yet, for reasons know only to him, he persists in following a trail of deliberate and intentional ignorance and therefore intellectual dishonesty. He knows better. If the truth matters then let it be told.

In the years 1347 to 1351, 1/3rd of the population of Europe died to the Bubonic Plague.
Parents would have been praying to Jesus of Christianity to protect themselves and their family from harm and children would have prayed to Jesus of Christianity to protect their parents from harm. Did Jesus tell them how to prevent Bubonic Plague when they were praying on how to protect themselves from harm? 1/3rd of the population died. The reason we don't usually have Bubonic Plague around is because of the modern sanitation and pest control. Was that to much for Jesus to explain to the Christians in Europe?

And he will return again to die like all humans do and fight those who insulted him and called him God or Son of God which he never claimed.
He always made a big destination between him and God.
      Bible:
“The father is better than I, the father is better than All, I can of myself do nothing without the well of the father”
      Quran:
“Certainly the example of Jesus is the same of Adam, we created him from dust and told him be and it is”
The Quran is the evidence of God’s existence and truth speaker.

@jurpleoi psn the point is that the gospel of mark was written by a non-jew, non eye-witness, decades after the alleged events using no quoted sources and in fact using a bad translation of OT scripture to cobble together a fictional story format advert for christianity. As historical evidence for something goes, thats about as bad as you can get.

I am now free from sin, religious dogma, guilt, having to give money to a church, or waste my time going to church with a bunch of hypocrites. Jesus is a deception. The real creator and God of the universe will deliver all those misled by Christianity and its dogma.

      3. Speculative premise
      4. A narrow or outdated scope of reality that suggests there cannot be any other possibilities.

      2. Sure I can do my research, and yes it proves that people can die and come back to life, but a body starts to lose functions shortly after holistically dying, and then after maybe a day, bacteria in the gut start to decompose. Unless proven by experiment, I don’t think it’s possible to restore a man back to life after three days, especially considering that the people resuscitating today are aided by medical personnel, while Yeshua was left alone in a cave.

I therefore also reject any attempt at blanket statements covering what "Christianity" leads to or preaches, or what morals can be deduced from "Christianity". If history is any guide, it's that "Christianity" is as diverse as "Christians" (aka "humans")

Not entirely accurate to claim Pagan myths of dying and rising gods are utterly unlike the death and resurrection of Jesus. Mythic symbology around the vegetative cycle accounts for some, but not all, such Pagan resurrection beliefs & going back far enough there were at least some claims of historicity too.
Major distinctions arise by the time we get to current Christianity. But the idea of resurrection/perfection was not new back then & it didn't have to be, to be powerfully transformative.

It's laughable how desperate apologists are today. They simply can't even acknowledge that their religion is faith based, that's the funny thing, and Muslims claim the same exact nonsense about the Quran. People can be convinced things are true, it doesn't make them actually true. Millions upon millions of people today are convinced of false beliefs.
