Reminds me of Gambler (Maverick from the original warcraft 3 dota) who used his gold as a resource as a gold oriented carry (quite literally shooting almost all of your wallet in ultimate at the enemy and if he survives he loses all his money iirc) or Orc Magi from Dota2 who's core mechanic is that he is quite literally canonically the dumbest hero in the game, and his ultimate is a one handed bandit jackpot machine that is 100% rng. I would absolutely fucking love this kind concept in League or what you made up as essentially a joke, but unironically (probably not on tf though since he is basically considered to be the most fair champion in the game rn lmao). No one else would though becaues "competitive viability" and because "rng is annoying".
ogre is not the only hero that embraced RNG another big example was CK his entire kit was based on RNG that's why he was called rng knight his q is random at max it can go from 1 sec to 5 his W where him and his target ends up is also rng it could be near the target, near CK or in the middle his E is also rng since it's a random crit and the crit damage is also RNG it's icon is literally a dice and finally his ult is also rng the number of illos he can summon was also rng ogre and CK are part of the few heroes that uses true rng majority of RNGs in Dota is pseudo random I think the only other hero that uses true rng is spirit breaker that's why people have nightmares about being perma stunned by SB
Gambler lose all his money regardless if his target survive or dead. However, he can wager on the enemy, if they die he get a bunch of gold back. And since his ult deal bonus damage base on his gold, he never really buy items and can oneshot anyone even the tank in late game. For orge magi, his passive make all of his abilities to have a chance for multicast. His first ability is a nuke fireball that can stun. So if you get lucky for a multicast, you can easily nuke enemy down with 1 ability

There is a small damage range around your actual auto-attack damage, where your damage is rolled inside for each attack. Chaos Knights damage range is around twice as a big as the other heroes who should all share the same range.
I like the passive. Waaay better than the current passive. TF likes cards and dice games and this really makes him feel like a gambler. You really have to balance risk and reward this way instead of just being weak all the time for no reason.

Even if this is just a simple doom bot, id love to see TF actually being reworked in a similar way. Using R teleport offensively instead of just tping to catch/surprise the enemy is quite the concept, or being able to throw an enhanced card as a skillshot. Riot needs to see this

I was thinking it could be assigned to his E ability to gamble, you can't use the bonus effect until you roll the dice anyway. Basically, use E to roll the dice and then have the option to recast for the stacked deck bonus effects (or use the bonus on Q/W/R)

the big brain move is using ult after a failure so enemies dont even know you ulted because the eye doesnt appear on top of them anymore
Some of them sound more interesting like being able to throw out the enchanted cards as a skill shot rather than point and and click
