good build quality and overall design but there are small issues that may indicate an inexperienced builder/business owner. - kitchen countertop and island are too low likely due to unexpected higher installation of floor tiles. - balcony fence too low or needs a tall handrail for safety - 1:24 some bent dent roof parts and discolored/faded roof. - 1:17 firewall issues with neighbor building a new house. neighbor also made an extremely high firewall that blocking light and wind. - bathroom lavatories are too low, so low that a short male person can piss into the lavatories. - 12:16 awful bad taste of master bathroom wall tiles. these tiles look like cheap floor tiles from 15 years ago.
