Peckforton Light Railway - A Year Down the Line

This video was filmed over the past year - a different section of this mixed train's journey down the line shot each month. Peckforton Light Railway is a 45mm gauge, 15mm scale garden railway located in Cheshire UK. It represents a three foot narrow gauge railway which might have been constructed to serve the copper mines and local communities along the Peckforton Hills in Cheshire. Great camera work. The film reflects the atmosphere and mood of the seasons. This is a great idea and a first for me. The foliage is like an in door railway railway, especially at track level. Well done and thank you.

The December shot had a bit of a Lumière feel to it. It's quite a realistic viewing angle.

I liked 2 things about December ; the gradient of the track appreciated with the low camera angle, and the sound of the wintery wind in the trees.
