Once you have your genearl availability listed, how do you edit a specific date on the scheduler?

@@rebeccaaustin Yes! Thank you so much. I am new to Kajabi so adding in a one off date/time will be a learning curve but I think I understand. I will reach out if I have any further questions. Thank you!

This was very helpful. I do have a question. Once my schedule of availability is set in Kajabi how do I edit a specific date? For instance normally I will coach on Tuesday afternoons but I am not available at all on Tuesday, February 18. How can I just edit that day? Or, occasionally I will set a one time coaching availability time slot on a specific date. How do I set that up so it does not repeat weekly? Thank you!

Great question. To remove availability on a certain date, such as the 18th as you mentioned, you would simply block that date off in your integrated calendar (Google, Outlook, etc) showing no availability. That's the easiest way that I've found to avoid overbooking. If you want to open up additional time on a specific date, you can over-ride the availability settings inside each coaching product under the settings, and scroll down to "Availability", toggle on the Custom, and then add the extended hours. Does that answer your question?

This is a continuation from the question I just asked. Would I just block out that day on my google calendar and Kajabi would automatically see that and allow it to override what I have set up in Kajabi?

Great question, and yes. If you block out a date on your Google Calendar (marked as "busy") then Kajabi would automatically see this and not book any sessions during those times. This is, of course, assuming you've completed the integration steps to connect Kajabi and your Google Calendar (or Outlook, etc.).
