- Thought i would show you guys the final look for my Isle of Wight Travel Journal. Absolutely in love with this sketchbook! I can not wait to display this on my coffee table so others can flip through.

Too often people focus on the canvas instead of the paints and imagination.. not here. People have leather collections instead of journals sometimes. Awesome journal! Cheers!

Not sure how I managed to miss this one. Looks like an excellent collection of memories for our break away for my 50th birthday. It certainly was a very special holiday in more ways than one. Looking forward to flicking through this journal - Mum x

Lovely to connect with others in the UK. I have a lot of lovely US and Aussie craft friends, but fewer here. I am a total paper addict, always will be. I just got a travel journal but do I have to use it for traveling.... just asking cus it says destination and date and highlights but I don’t really travel and also this year travel is out of it
No not at all. You can use the journal in any way you like. Write about your day or what you’re grateful for. Document your thoughts and emotions. Travel, love for food or any hobbies you have. The list is endless.
I would also just cover up the destination and date with washi tape or stickers x

Im just wondering if for my trip to greece this summer i should put all my travel stuff inside my bullet journal or start a completely new travel journal because I’m not really expecting to go on any other amazing trips that would be important to log. Can anyone help me out?
Sami Ddl Hey Sami, the fact you’ve said that your trip to Greece will be a “one of a lifetime” trip, personally I would record your trip in a separate journal. I’ve always journaled about important trips in separate journals, making them more personal and allowing me to have as much space as I need to add all those special memories. Have a fantastic time away. Xx

I really want the tutorial of the first page for journal...really please dii made that plzz..
Sadly I won’t be able to make a tutorial at the moment as I’m in the process of moving house so my equipment is all packed away. As explained in the video it’s extremely easy. Simply scrunch up tissue paper, old book pages and glue this down. Then layer on washi tapes and tiny word stickers to form a collage. Once you’re happy with the amount of texture let the glue dry before painting over the top. Then I’ve added additional stamping and tiny word stickers that I’d like to stand out. Hope this helps x

I love having a journal too.But Im not like you (who is good on putting an art on your journal) hahaha.Coz my journal didnt go well the way as I planned so it turned out to be an "EXPECTATION vs. REALITY" LOL
Practise makes perfect lovely. You'll always find imperfections in your artwork regardless. Its human nature. Ha, i too have very high standards for my journals and real expectations only for them to turn out completely differently. Dont give up with them!! xx
