Truth is, I offered Alex his Edelbrock blower with no strings attached to see what he can do with it and learn how to make a better product for Coyote swaps. Sure, it may have helped promote Edelbrock, but I thought Alex earned it. I watched this guy go from the comedian tuning lawnmowers and plugging water leaks with maxi pads to working for a well known supercharger/tuning company (VMP) and then Lund. I had/have a lot of respect for Alex as we both were working our way up in the industry, but in different ways. As far as skipping town, well, sometimes we have to do what's best for ourselves and our family. If anyone knows anything about Edelbrock, it is no longer owned by the family. It is owned by private equity and now merged with Comp Cams. The facilities in Southern California are sold/closed and the company is a shell of what it used to be. Whipple called me one day right before the shit was going to hit the fan at Edelbrock, and I had to make one of the most difficult decisions of my career. I would make the same decisions if I had to do it all over again, but far from just skipping town.
that makes sense about the throttle bodies my car fell safe last week hottest day of the week wonder if I should even bother buying another throttle body or just wait it out

Alex…I think your car would easily sell for 70K if you do the change to the transmission, put the back seat in it, cat back exhaust, and put A/C in the GT500. 👍
I come from na back in the day why did we use cams higher lift for more flow? And also I believe the duration for performance or for power curve I could be off here
Off subject here, but what’s your opinion of the gen 3 2,000 RPM rattle? This is not the type writer tick. A lot of people have this only on their gen 3 and Ford says it’s normal.

Hey Alex..My 2013 Shelby Gt500 with a VMP Gen 3 2650…VMP Twin 65 TB…JLT intake…1050 ID Injectors on E85…when doing a 3rd Gear WOT Pull it throws a yellow wrench on Decel. I shut it off and turn it back on and it’s fine. However if I do a dig pull 1-4th gear. It’s totally fine…no wrench. Any ideas on what’s causing it so I can get after fixing it!??

My Poop Butt tuner which unfortunately isn’t Lund said it was my TB but my mechanic checked everything on it and found nothing wrong with it but not that I’m in the habit of just throwing money at it to fix it…I kinda want to just buy a new TB just to see if that fixes it. What TB do you suggest??

Most don't know how engine works but on every forum they sure act like they do. On mustang6g I can't post in warranty section because of certain crybabies. 99.99% Bitch and moan this is dumb and that stupid design. Like MT-82 from 11-17 they went on and on that stamp steel shift forks stupid design. Alum shift forks are better like T56 has. Never had issue with stamped shift forks. Ford changes shift forks to alum now we have problems. I think Ford made the changes for stupid people who know nothing. They all got pissed off when I said step up to the plate and show all how its done

Frpp twin65 or retrofit a Whipple 132 in it like i did. Literally never had an issue with a 132 from whipple

Check for codes. If it's. P2112 it's a faulty throttle body.
