I used to practice your ball mastery last season watching your previous videos on this topic , i used to do 10-20 in the morning . I didn't found anything getting improved and even got bored doing these but this season something spectacular happend . These ball mastery excercises became my insticts I started performing these instinctivly and i gained confidence and started to be getting calm against defenders. everybody appreciated that i am so skillful and talented but the reason was those ball mastery excercises . I think if you can do all of these things, and do them well, it means you have confidence with the ball which is great because you can now move onto to more difficult things. But these drills are basics footballers should know how to do.
Happy to hear of your improvements mate. It does take a lot of dedication and often times it can be tedious repeating the same thing over and over again, but the benefits are worth it in the end. Glad you stuck at it, keep going 💪

You young players are so lucky to have great skills videos like this to learn from. Growing up pre-internet, it was not as easy to see outside your local area what could be done with the ball and how good players are out there. I didn’t learn until I got to college and saw players much better thanI was, so I started this type of practice each day and it helped tremendously. Do some of these every day, I promise it will accrue.

I have been always thinking about my poor ball control before I have started watching Mr 7Mcl lessons. After this video I started to work on my ball control very hard by doing these exercises. Result is good, I saw improvements on my ball control and I make less mistakes during matches now. Great thanks to 7mcl.
I've been doing ball mastery and skill moves from you for about 1 year and a half. and this really helped my game out I was scoring much more goals and providing my team with glory
@@jeeksmeme2218 i think the close ball control drills is good to improve dribbling , but the ball mastry drills is good to improve confident and relax on ball , and if you want to improve dribbling you want to focus on some skills like body fient or stepovers and la croketa and you should do changing pace and direction quickly

Hi, I'm not in any way shape or form a professional, but before big games I like to visualize the game the night before. Then I can step onto the field feeling confident! Other than that, just trust that you did everything that you could do to prepare, I'm sure you'll do great! Good luck :)
David gave some great advice above 👆 I think the main thing is training your brain to think positively. The more positive thoughts you have about your performance, the more likely it will reflect in how you play. Play a highlight reel in your mind of all the great things you’ve done on the pitch in your life, remind yourself of what you’re able to do. Congratulations on making varsity Emily!
You can google agents, but always be careful when dealing with them. Make sure they have a history of working with players and don’t pay any upfront costs.
What I like most about your different types of training..you demonstrate within a very narrow region..so for training you would not need a large space...specially your 50 dribble ...my 8 year son can practice that in a small area without disturbing others downstairs as we live in an apartment..only 3 ft v 3 ft is sufficient for ball controls..specially during this virus period ..

Thank you so much for making this video, with my daughter finally getting interested in the game ( some bribery involved), I have been following along and getting back into shape with this video. The way you make these drills smooth and graceful, allowing me to finally prove to her that football (soccer where I am at) is an absolutely beautiful sport and more than competitive people running, pushing, & kicking. We call this the ball dancing video at home, you’re a brilliant ball dancer keep it up!

Hi, I'm not in any way shape or form a professional, but before big games I like to visualize the game the night before. Then I can step onto the field feeling confident! Other than that, just trust that you did everything that you could do to prepare, I'm sure you'll do great! Good luck :)
David gave some great advice above 👆 I think the main thing is training your brain to think positively. The more positive thoughts you have about your performance, the more likely it will reflect in how you play. Play a highlight reel in your mind of all the great things you’ve done on the pitch in your life, remind yourself of what you’re able to do. Congratulations on making varsity Emily!

You can google agents, but always be careful when dealing with them. Make sure they have a history of working with players and don’t pay any upfront costs.

What I like most about your different types of training..you demonstrate within a very narrow region..so for training you would not need a large space...specially your 50 dribble ...my 8 year son can practice that in a small area without disturbing others downstairs as we live in an apartment..only 3 ft v 3 ft is sufficient for ball controls..specially during this virus period
