    I was six when "Star Wars" opened there. I was there. Lines were long. My mom and aunt brought a cool chest. I was vaguely embarrassed, but now I think, how cool!

      Don't give up hope, John. We've only scratched the surface. As we start the process of digitizing the entire film archive I have no doubt I'll be making a sequel to this reel.     Thank you for posting this. I saw my first rock concert at the Crest and my parents took me to every drive in in Sac in the 1980’s best times ever.

    By chance does anyone know the name of the drive-in theaters that was on fifth Street and Broadway in the 80s
