Something cool about this map is if the chest is a triple or penta, it can give you multiple evolved weapons as long as you have the appropriate levels and items.
Is that true? I have seen multiple times that triples and pentas only give one evolution, even if there are no other viable upgrades. I've had at least two pentas with a single evolution and four money bags.
@@aleksandersabak I've had it happen, but only on this map. Any other map, it doesn't work, but earlier today, I got a triple that evolved both magic wand and king's bible for me.

For future runs on this map, I'd change the Duplicator out for the Clover. More Luck means the chests are more likely to be triples/pentas, which can evolve multiple weapons on this map, and it increases the rate at which torches spawn, which means more freezes, rosaries, and bags of gold. The Duplicator doesn't benefit any of the weapons besides Whip, which - with max cooldown - fires so fast that the Duplicator doesn't help much anyway for killing the plants. Edit: Did not realize he'd die and skip to a 2nd run with a whole new build.
Funfact: In Il Molise and Il Molise ONLY, the one chest you get (soon to be 3 in a future update) can give you multiple evolutions if its a 3 or 5 chest.
@@crowman1795 I don't believe they can. I've had chests give me an evolution and coin pouches because all my items were maxed out already. Next chest evolved the next weapon, and so on.

Each map (excluding inlaid Library) has a cool secret about their chests: Mad Forest's is if the bat at 1 minute drops a chest, it can evolve a weapon but any chest after that bat until the ten minute mark won't; Dairy Plant's chests will always evolve a weapon if possible, no matter the time; and Green Acres follows the rule for the map that the enemy originally comes from.
This map could be interesting if the plants came back at some point during the reaper phase, that way it's harder to cheese the reapers in this way. Plus, more drops means more xp, more xp means more levels, and more levels means an increase in overall difficulty beyond just reaper spam. It'd be even better if they ever introduce a boss enemy that isn't the reaper, imagine this one having its own unique bosses, like a plant boss, or a pot of gold boss that has massive drops upon defeat.
Hearing you tried to get heavy object to push down a key, I would advice you to use a coin acting against key slots and the key instead. Push down the key, then, put a coin in between keys above the one you want to push, and, pull it back so it's resting against the key, then, push it in further, the coin should lock itself in between the keyboard slots. I don't know if it will work with mechanical keys or not. I learn this technique from when I was playing Ragnarok Online, about 16 years ago. Well, I tried it with mechanical keys, blue keys, to be specific. If you have a thick coin, put it lower to the key you're pressing, it will just be locked in.

not sure if anyone said this but if you play on windowed, you can hold down inputs youd like to be held, click off the window and release them, and they will be set until you press them again or level up
I have the same issue with not being able to hold down my keys well, i dont know how much space you have between keys but what works really well for me is jamming a coin inbetween keys so they essentially hold themselves down
This is the build that I used for this map. You and I had a very similar idea but i was 100% focused around song of mana. That is the ONLY important weapon for this map. Even the evolution is irrelevant. My goal was to maximize the amount of fire pot things that I was hitting with luck. Was able to net 12k gold after 18 minutes. This is giving me some new ideas.

What could be replaced with spellbinder here for some duration too as well? Edit: So he died the first time and replaced Spinach and Dupe for Tirajisu and Spellbinder for this build would have kept Dupe around probs
Dupe has no synergies with this build, since it doesn't work with Clock Lancet. A suitable item (instead of Tiragisu) could be the Bracer, because it potentially lines up Clock Lancet more favorably. But that would need to be tested.
Yeah duplicator ring doesn't affect clock lancet, song of mana, pentagram, laurel, or garlic. That's 5 out of 6 weapons that aren't affected by duplicator ring. No real reason to keep it around.
After you finish Frostpunk DLC-s, you might as well d some challenges, like 0 death, or hardest difficulty, or no fait or order picked, etc. I need more Frostpunk for sure.
I'd love to see you play magic survival if at all possible it's like vampire survivors but it's still different enough and it's also older then vampire survivors
What was that about reapers teleporting to you if hit? I never heard of that being a thing, and it moves too fast in hyper (which is what I use when I play) to see teleports anyway.
I don't know if you read your comments after you post your vids, I hope you do; but in order to submit one of these runs to the official Vampire Survivors leaderboard you'd need the raw footage sent to a specific member of their Discord server, currently this run of yours has gotten past the last longest run for at least SIX ENTIRE MINUTES, I'd love to see take the extra step to immortalize the run for shits and giggles.

Actually, you can get more than 1 chest on this map. I ran it tonight and got 3. Also there's an other secret, non moded character who can get way better results, tho it HEAVILY relies on luck and RNG.
isnt 70% cooldown reduction not even double the attacks? since it should be cooldown = initialCooldown/(1+0.7) in this case, meaning 100% is double the attacks so the pentagramm has 30 seconds cooldown and 70% means 17 seconds
The stat is cooldown, not fire rate. If cooldown is -50%, it's halved, e.g. 30s to 15s. Double attack/proc rate. Your formula for fire rate is used by games that care about balance.
I just followed this guide and got two gold fevers in one run... Got 28k gold off of them. The reapers killed me in the middle of the second one unfortunately...

On 2x speed, pentagram goes off every 8 seconds. Dopamine city.

They won't teleport, but they experience negative knockback.

I have had that same issue with holding down keys. A solution I found was stacking coins. A bunch of $1 mexican peso coins did the trick
