That didn’t happen. They exposed themselves to the world yet again as tyrants & cowards. Now I will be focusing on the incoming federal lawsuit to force accountability. Imagine if he bond was $1,000 or more. It's a tax for a failed case so they make you pay that, it should come out of THEIR paychecks, each person(not taxpayer funds) who had the ability to stop the case and did not. To simplify how they should pay, each minute spent on the case, they are unpaid, each and every person who had the ability to stop the case from proceeding. If someone stopped the case, then they should still be paid, as their research found a flaw, then the ones before who allowed it to proceed should be held accountable for person stopping the case's time spent.
You don't need an attorney to file a complaint! File a POST complaint. File a state criminal complaint with the DA. When the DA doesn't do their job, rewrite the complaint and add the DA to the complaint and contact the AG. The DA has a conflict of interest because they are named on second complaint which gives the AG a chance to do the right thing. You can also file federal criminal complaints and send them to the special agent in charge at the FBI. Feds don't like the state and vice versa.

This town of berwyn and the town of Cicero right next to it are exactly the same. Corrupt police. I had to pass through there on my way to work and got pulled over so many times for tinted windows. Which were within the legal limit for tints. Then the officers always try fishing for another excuse to give a ticket. I decided its better off to go around the town even if it meant longer driver to work.

Had court in this same building only for them to lose paper work from one floor to the next. Then waited almost two hours before leaving. Had to make a call to directly have them held accountable!!!
It seems the system is designed to make any kind of interaction or transaction with the PD and the courts as difficult and time consuming as possible passing you from department to department. So police dept. gets to investigate themselves to determine if misconduct/crime has occurred. the fix is from the get-go. The watch commander has committed a federal crime on camera, Denial of Service, in refusing to take your formal complaint. What this video clearly shows in stark terms is how police departments and the system is not used to being challenged. It also gives insight into how they've beat down citizens to get them to not fight the system. If you do fight the system they've built up resistance though their actions and the courts to fight that resistance. What's interesting to me is the terminology the system uses across the board. It starts with the " hero" interpreting whatever the call is about. Then it flows up through the system until it reaches judges. Then you're not actually battling reality or the situation. You're fighting the baked in terminology the system all agrees on in order to make sure you can't challenge the system. It's fascinating how they all insulate themselves from accountability.
I had a indictment back 98 and I needed 50 grand bond out and when the case was dismissed they took 10% which was five grand so yeah cook counties been doing it for a long time I think that’s one of the reasons they passed the bond bail reform.

This town of berwyn and the town of Cicero right next to it are exactly the same. Corrupt police. I had to pass through there on my way to work and got pulled over so many times for tinted windows. Which were within the legal limit for tints. Then the officers always try fishing for another excuse to give a ticket. I decided its better off to go around the town even if it meant longer driver to work.

Give thought to the fact that Sean committed no crime here, his activity lawful. Still he suffered the indignity of an assault (called being cuffed for 'officer' safety because they are held to a lower standard). He was held captive (called 'being detained'). He was kidnapped (called 'arrested'). Without their disrespected oaths and badges, who committed the crimes here? At best they were irresponsible and incompetent. If they knew the law, they paid it no heed. To add insult, because of them, a law abiding person is forced to pay money to the 'justice' system.
Watch other videos filmed by Sean. You will see some good Police Officers. You will also see the rot.Look for the one where there is the hint of two murders - one wished for and one a memory. As a citizen of a foreign country, I must say that Berwyn Police Department represent the United States police force and legal system very badly. I mean I live in Turkey, even here, where justice system has been dead for a long time, it is hard to see an attitude like this. I just called the Berwyn Police to ask if it’s there standard procedure to refuse to take an officer complaint. They wouldn’t transfer me but I left my name and number for a call back. I’m holding my breath, wish me luck.

I've never got any of my bail money back. I never paid more than $40, but definitely never got any of it back.
Had court in this same building only for them to lose paper work from one floor to the next. Then waited almost two hours before leaving. Had to make a call to directly have them held accountable!!!

So police dept. gets to investigate themselves to determine if misconduct/crime has occurred. the fix is from the get-go. Imagine if the police accuse me of committing a crime, and I tell them I'm going to do an investigation of myself and get back to them once I've determined if I've done anything wrong. WHAT A SCAM. What this video clearly shows in stark terms is how police departments and the system is not used to being challenged.
It also gives insight into how they've beat down citizens to get them to not fight the system.
If you do fight the system they've built up resistance though their actions and the courts to fight that resistance.
What's interesting to me is the terminology the system uses across the board.
It starts with the " hero" interpreting whatever the call is about. Then it flows up through the system until it reaches judges.
Then you're not actually battling reality or the situation. You're fighting the baked in terminology the system all agrees on in order to make sure you can't challenge the system. It's fascinating how they all insulate themselves from accountability.

I had a indictment back 98 and I needed 50 grand bond out and when the case was dismissed they took 10% which was five grand so yeah cook counties been doing it for a long time I think that’s one of the reasons they passed the bond bail reform.
