I decided to return to Berwyn, Illinois not only to dig up some more information via FOIA, but to also check in on the IA investigation into to detective Monaco, as I’ve heard nothing since I filed my complaint. Also I wanted to show all the corrupt and tyrannical officials in Berwyn that they didn’t win! I will always peacefully exercise my rights! As a retired police officer, I find the behavior of the Berwyn police to be wrong on so many levels. They escalated every incident from what would have been a very minor encounter to a hostile environment. Imagine what they would have done if the auditor did not have a camera ? Yikes !!!

For what it's worth:
Ive been watching Long Island Audit ever since Sean started posting videos. Never in all that time did I feel that he was asking me to threaten anyone on his behalf. HAD HE done so, I would have unsubscribed and been long gone. The police know damn well that its their own actions that have placed them under the public spotlight, not Sean's.
People making these kinds of calls are not to bright, and also hindering him in his cause!

THIS is what I've been saying forever! There are only 2 things that will change this tyranny & hold them accountable imo. IA needs to go away & a 3rd party takes all complaints. Police & public know IA does nothing.
2nd, Police must be liable themselves & have to carry insurance. Once their insurance goes up or gets cut off because of their behavior they can no longer be Police & the tyrants are off the street. Both will never happen but I think both of these things will go a huge way in holding these ppl accountable. Dropping qualified immunity isn't enough, states that have cut it are just as corrupt as ever...
@@Mandy_39 100% this. Qualified immunity is a huge thing, but liability insurance and having a nationwide do not rehire registry for former cops who get fired for committing crimes needs to happen as well.
I've seen too many videos of people being denied help when trying to file complaints, either with intimidation, threat of arrest, actual arrest, assault and battery, retaliation, unnecessary hurdles to jump through, no transparency of the process, ignoring and closing abruptly (like we see in this video), and unlawful attempts to identify the complainants and even have them trespassed. I've also seen cops follow and pull over the complainants after they leave to identify them. Seems legit.
"I'd like to file a complaint..." Usually the first thing they say is "what's the complaint about?" Such a ridiculous process.

Lol! This video is an absolute riot, Sean. I asked you when you posted those phone numbers for the police station and the prosecutor in your case if you had lost your damn mind. And now you try to pretend as if you aren’t responsible at all for people making death threats because of your actions… You are responsible, because you know damn well what people will do when you were asking hundreds of thousands of people to essentially harass these people/flood them with calls (which would also prevent them from doing work), etc.. This little innocent act isn’t working for you at all.
I told you before that posting those numbers is going to bite you in the butt, and this video is obviously just the beginning of it (you still have more repercussions coming in court after having posted the prosecutor’s number). My only wonder was if you were actually going to post some of the results of your actions for others to see, and I’m glad you have! You knocked on the door, to get assistance with your complaint with Internal Affairs. He didn't want to know was using alleged threatening phone calls from people to deny you service. Totally unprofessional behaviour he should be demoted, preferably be fired . Good to see the Mayor, looking into the situation for you and hopefully he'll get back to you soon.

It's crazy to me the police stations are locked when citizens come to the door.
People need to descend on that police department and protest and call those thugs on the phone for days until they listen to someone who wants to file a complaint. Terrible police who don't serve the people but themselves. Who wont take complaints and threaten the public for trying to file a complaint.

You need to raise a federal complaint against the police dept. Denial of service, ie their closing the shutters & kicking you out whilst allowing in & serving other members of public, this is a serious breach of federal law. Don't bother with the mayor report the offence to the FBI to investigate the police dept & complicit Town Hall.
I'm from the UK so don't know how it works over the pond, But I totally agree with this, They should be investigated from a higher authority as they appear to at least very unprofessional and at worst very corrupt.

Mayor seems more concerned with some random phone callers than his police officers acting like complete tyrants. This is a city that’s on the verge of having a huge lawsuit slapped on them.
The mayor is well aware of the incident and lied right to your face just like all scumbags. He just wants to alleviate his potential involvement and probably knows everything about the case. Unfortunately, we don’t have honorable citizens in government and we have criminals in law enforcement. We all know that these tyrants will protect their criminal cohorts and will continually lie to cover up the piles of human sh!t that are in law enforcement and it has detrimental effects on the citizenry while they simultaneously commit felonies and are never held accountable😢. That is the problem. We are paying these guys big bucks to do what “THEY” want, not what we need them to do. We need qualified immunity to be removed so that accountability and justice can actually be served. There will be a lot fewer tyrants when that happens and the police will actually be doing what we pay them for. Also, all police should have to wear body camera AND it should be immediately (2-3 business days) released upon request without redactions or under review unless it’s personal information.
