There is no point in upgrading from 12100f to 14400f. It's a very negligible difference and that too when your gpu is being bottlenecked by cpu or the game game is very cpu heavy. It will be better for those on 12100f to upgrade the whole computer to a better platform like the AM5 (if immediate upgrade is needed) or wait for the next platforms from both intel and amd. Personally I will wait for the next platform from both makers. Right now i have a 12100f paired with gtx1650 gddr6 oc and 32gb of ddr4 memory. So when I upgrade, first I will buy a new gpu for this system and then after a while a new platform and cpu. But I feel like this cpu may well last a decade for me. But can not say for sure, windows 12 may change my mind about having a newer cpu.
if I'm playing online games like The First Descendant or world of war ships and using discord or RUclips plus listening to music lol all in same time XD...which CPU can handle all this ?? the 12400 or the 14400 ??the 6 cores or the 10 cores ??? ... i need a big help here before i buy
Some of the settings can affect CPU load, which settings it is not always possible to determine, so I think it is better to enable DLSS instead of lowering the settings
0:00 Cyberpunk 2077
00:58 Hogwarts Legacy
01:58 Alan Wake 2
02:56 Fortnite
04:05 Red Dead Redemption 2
05:04 Forza Horizon 5
06:03 GTA 5
07:05 PUBG
Good video portraying what 12100 user will upgrade to after few years
For what it is, I'm impressed with the i3

Biggest fps difference is where it matters the most, from 65 to 85.
this graph show us that nearly no matter how old your cpu, as your cpu still be not bottle neck with your gpu, the performance will be nearly the same
what is your power useage of i3 12100f? my cpu only max 65 in test bench, but i saw some video on youtube upto 90w

Both don't load so strong gpu
Plz keep dlss "off" or on "quality"
Otherwise, the video card will be fully loaded, making it unclear which processor is better
@@FrameOne still bro no one will play on balanced with high settings.
It is blurry.
Dlss quality is enough or reduce settings

@@FrameOne dlss on quality is enough for benchmarking
It's a CPU benchmark if the GPU hits 99% it will limiter the FPS. And we won't see the difference between them. Cuz the GPU will be the bottleneck
GOOD REVIEW
CPU power please
±58 W
This shows upgrading to i5 for gaming is useless.
Get i7 for productivity and gaming
Or , stick to i3 for gaming only for next 3 years atleast
Дякую. Лишусь на 12100.
