The bumper was easy to install and Lil B's was able to make it and powder coat it within 4 weeks. Enjoy!

Time to spray paint everything black under there. Also you can relocate the reservoir bottle into the hood using the FJ cruisers with some small adjustments.
I did end up buying the FJ Cruiser reservoir, it fits nicely in the front passenger side under the hood next to the power steering reservoir. What kind of paint do you suggest?

Sorry to hear about the deer accident but the good news is you now get an awesome new bumper! Overall it was pretty easy to install if you have someone else to help lift it in place. I did end up cutting off one bolt on each front side in order to fit the D rings after I installed it. Thanks for subscribing.

Thank you for subscribing! I'll check out your channel as well. It is my understanding that the bumper on the 2003 through 2009 models are the same. Mine is a 2006 so this bumper should also fit on your 2004. Take care!

@@87_North I recall that I could not find it on Amazon so I ordered it from another web site. It was expensive, around $100. It fits perfectly. I just used zip ties but may do something else in the future to better secure it. The bottom plug fits exactly in the hole already in the GX. How does it drive on the highway? I feel like it could be loud or cause drag. But I love the look of the hybrid
Thanks Josh, I'm loving it! I haven't noticed a difference in sound when driving on the highway. It probably didn't help my MPG but the GX already doesn't get great mileage.
@@gxdad How's the steering? Does it make it feel more planted on the highway? Does it take corners harder now or about the same?
@@huntah405 I don't feel any difference in steering. I was on a dirt road this weekend and a dirt bike came at me on a blind turn on the wrong side of the road. He locked up his brakes and hit me. Didn't even scratch the bumper but he took some damage to his bike and body. Completely his fault and glad I had the bumper!

I might sound dumb but I want this bumper but I don’t know what option to click in regards to no bull bar, standard bar and full height bar ?
Tough call. The full bar might help protect your headlights if you hit a tree, I went with the half bar to have some protection of the radiator if I hit something but not get in the way of my headlights.
