By exploring some of the most hateful human acts and activities and speaking to those who have not only survived being the victims but thrived, as well as perpetrators who have been both remorseful and not, this documentary series lifts the lid on the tactics used by demagogues and extremists to insight hatred. As dark as this sounds, every segment ends with a message of hope and the tools that all of us can use to change the story of hate leaving Spielberg "a greater love for humankind'. This is a series that leaves all those who watch it just a little bit changed.
