    Tips: first lead the follower out of axis, and then bring your own body center in the opposite direction. Move the center of your body out, not your upper body (upperback, chest). To finish the colgada, bring your partner back to her own axis. Start with very small weight changes. Keep your core engaged and your lat muscles activated.
    Imprive your technique with solo training:
    1. balance on one leg (advanced: on 1 leg with lifted heel)
    2. planking (hard: floor or easy: wall)
    3. squats (on 2 legs and on 1 leg)
    4. hold on to something very stable with one hand, e.g. a pillar, keep your shoulders down, lat muscles and core activated, and lean backwards (keep the back straight) or sideways (keep the back extended and in a rotation)
