    Hey Graham, I'm not sure if you will read this but I have a question. I am wondering if I should buy the Casio AP270 or the Roland RP-102B. I'm having a really hard time to decide and I noticed that you uploaded the video's for both piano's on the same day.. If you can still remember, which one did you like more?
    Thanks!

      @@1234fazermann hey seeker, i went to a piano store a few weeks after my comment and they recommended me the Kawai KDP120. It’s more expensive (€999 here) but it’s worth the price. If you are doubting between a casio and the roland, I would buy the roland. I played a casio AP470 at the store there and I didn’t like it that much

    I was thinking of getting the Privia PX-S3100 while it was on sale but now that it's up to regular price and this one is on sale for less than the PX-S3100, i'm not sure anymore. I like the idea that the PX-S3100 is portable and can be battery operated, it also have a wide range of option but what about the key dynamic and feel? the sound? the PX-S3100 will be far more expensive once i add the stand, the pedals, bench and a case. oh! the dilemma!!!

    Hello, thanks for the review. How did you record the sound? I have a Yamaha ydp 144 and with this one I used a USB A to USB B cable and audacity to record (and I think I also needed a software from yamaha). So my question is, if I can record the sound of this piano the same way. I think of buying it for my secondary apartment...

    • @setare4363
      @setare4363 2 года назад

      hi I want to buy a digital piano but I'm hesitant between yahama ydp 144/164 and casio AP-270 . Which one do you recommend?

    • @erikag8773
      @erikag8773 2 года назад

      @@setare4363 hey :) when you have the money I would recommend the Yamaha because all in all it is more high-quality (the piano keys are a better quality and the touch is harder (which I think is better), the playing feel better and it has a better sound.) I mean, well, it's more expensive and because of that it's better. But still, the casio is a good piano and I enjoy playing it. The only reason why I wouldn't buy it a second time is that you can't record your playings that easy. With the yamaha it's very easy via the USB port, but the Casio doesn't support the transmission of the sound through the USB port, it only sends out the midi-data. (So you have to record with the microoutput somehow, but I haven't figured that out yet 😅) That's actually an important thing to me, but well, I built it up and then didn't want to send it back. So I have fun playing it and it's good for the price, but I prefer the Yamaha. It's in every detail just better (doesn't mean that the casio is bad, but you just feel the price difference), I don't know how to describe that better 😅. Hope that may helps you :)

      @@erikag8773 wow thanks for your amazing description, I really appreciate your response 😍 actually where I live in they're the same price so maybe it would make sense that I would just buy the yamaha😁
