I find this mod very interesting. It shows you exactly that sometimes there is absolutely no reason to shoot or waste special attack, because you don't do any damage during some of the boss transitions.

Sally stage play is easily cleared with astral cookie, super art 2, roundabout, and crackshot. I mainly use crackshot for angel and demon phase but roundabout is good for the rest
I know a really good combo with spreads ex when your fighting the root pack use ms chalice Doble jump in front of the carrot and use the spread ex all the giant spikes will get hit by the carrot
