Then after seeing the fight in the video, nope, I realize its just because he is brain dead easy and you can kill him in 2 seconds lol.

I just realized: When you buy Banana Juice from Cranky, he says something like: "Tikis better not get their hands on this!" And what does Tiki Tong? Makes the juice out of the bananas, pours it on the Tikis and powers himself up. *Mind blown*
This game just proves that nintendo has timeless art styles. It's going on 12 years old and still looks the same to me as when I played it in 2010. I still play it on a crt with component cables

My favorite boss has to be Thugly, the fight is just like the first boss, Mugly, but a lot harder. The best thing is the Soundtrack, the fact as you progress with each stage the music gets more and more intense. Love it
You could even make the case that the reason the music gets crazier and more intense is because as donkey Kong beats the ever living shit out of the boss it’s progressively snapping him out of the tikis control and this the Tiki has to crank up the music to keep them brainwashed and mind controlled

Wait, as I remember, you didn't have to fly back up again. You just start with only 2 lives. But to make the boss easier, you had to start over to get Diddy Kong. So frustrating back then
