you can easily google "how much profit does kraft make a year from cheese" and it returns: According to the search results, Kraft Heinz generates a significant portion of its revenue from its cheese and dairy segment. As of Q1 2021, this segment accounted for 19% of the company’s total revenue, amounting to $1.23 billion. (well brave search). So obviously spending a few million to store cheese or cheese products at refridgerated temps for relatively cheap is something they'd do, yes.
So bizarre. Right from the get to the place looks like it’s carved out of no where the whole thing. Clean, huge, enormous, gigantic, does it really fit the narrative they say.
I made deliveries in there. When I drove a truck.there Warehouse caves north of Joplin mo.and there slot of them in Kansas City.mo side and Kansas side.there really cool.i use to drive for frozen food Express.out of Lancaster TX
The actual Building 10 prefers that you press the black button to page the security guards to open the gate for you. They're busier down there working and checking in/sending out drivers. I'm a security guard there and they prefer you press the black.
I found about these caves last night and although the explanation is basic, I'd like to know how they constructed "the working parts" (offices, loading docks, etc.) among the limestone!
They use to have a golf driving range , tennis courts , restarants , like a little city down there .the entance use to be really wide about 15 trator tailers wide ,as you went in the only places then was a super big grocery warehouse and coors beer distributor, pillsbury, kraft
I'm retired from Stevens Transport..you do want to visit the underground. Cool thing is if it's after 22:00 you can shut down and park up above the caves, never mind the Love's or T/A.
You kno he had locks at his doors to not be able to see what he got loaded with the therefore he hauled something top secret and said it was cheese kraft would indeed be a cover up
yup creepy.heard they run from one end of the country to the other . and THIS is how they move the kids. it gets REALLY CREEPY at China Lake in the Mojave.
thanqualthehighseer i was just told by a driver he drove to bardolph, illinois all the way underground which is 60 miles away so im guessing theres an entire underground system all over the us with cities like nsa's cryptocity.
@@spiritinthesky572 wtf are you talking about. This driver is at a Kraft foods storage facility. Its not part of any Nsa ran underground secret alien experiment place. That driver, if youre not telling a bullshit story, lied to you. What a wacko people like you are
How ignorant can one be? That is not a mine! Never was and never will be! In a situation like that you mine from the top to the bottom. Way safer way cheaper! I bet you truckers drop off way way more than you pick up. Something behind your back is going on down there and it's probably not good. Thanks for you contributions.
You hardly showed us anything on how this place works! Actually you showed us nothing because you only know how to drive in and drop stuff off. That's all you know and it adds up to being nothing.
I'm curious to learn about the behind-the-scenes operation, too; however, I see no reason to disparage "John Goodman" for showing just the basic premise of the warehouse cave (something I've only known about for less than 12 hours). Do a search of "Springfield Underground," and you'll probably see some authorized video of what you (and I) are looking for (as a matter of fact, there's a link directly to the right of this comment that says "159 trucks deliver Springfield Underground." I wonder what that's about?
Look up bicycle commute Springfield Underground. He shows you a bunch of the caves. But they aren't supposed to say who leases the warehouses. It's just everyone knows that Kraft has about 400,000 sq ft.
You are delivering food bcuz once God's people are taken everyone who stays behind will have to deny Jesus or you will starve or receive the mark of the Beast whom looks like a lizard.
He looks like John Goodman the actor.
Sounds a lot like Goodman, too!
OMG!!! That's what I said !!! 😁
Welfare John Goodman
The first thing I thought was that "Even John Goodman has a brother who has a normal job like everyone else"
Alia Atreides Not at all
Because a cheese company would totally build a giant tunnel system with trains
I mean yeah
They didn't build it, they just tent warehouse space.

Nice. The ventilation shaft seems like a pretty huge security hole. LOL
I've delivered and loaded at the Kraft underground in Springfield many times.
It was a limestone mine, later a Army weapons depot now it's wherehouses.

I picked up there the 1st time at 2 in the morning and was so freaked out. Unbelievable!
Wow!!! That must have been quite an experience to drive through an underground storage place like that. I'm in awe !!! Wish I was there. 🤟
I was Kraft dedicated with Stevens Transport, forget the Love's or T/A I would shut down at the underground..Imos pizza would deliver there.
Reminds me of the return of the living dead when they were underground
Day of the dead , George Romero version,.
@lucasFranks-ex7kb your right I just watched it a day ago
Welfare John Goodman!!!
Must be one of the places where back in the day they stored all that government cheese?

Entrepôt de nourriture pour le fameux darkwinter. Pas de pass pas de nourriture.
was an O/O for 10 yrs, all on flatbed, never even knew this existed. would've loved to go off into those caves.
Use to go back and forth to Springfield alot from Arkansas. Never heard anybody talk about this place. And oh yeah, I would've fished that quarry dry.

Kraft foods they make real good stuff that cave system is geared for temp control
Oh yeah real good
Looks very similar to Subtropolis in Kansas...
These things all around. They don’t fit the narrative
There's another in Hannibal,Mo.
Looks like a movie scene
That's real cool Love to see more of them So many said it was government facility top secret
Not true
That is crazy as f*ck!
Sick

Being a security guard for this facility,
Hi there, may I ask if you are still being today for this facility? Thank you.
Outrageous forever
John Goodman is a truck driver
Yeah... Its John goodman...
It’s to secret things. Don’t be fooled.

What the hell is Kraft foods doing underground???? What is wrong with working above ground?
This is temperature controlled storage.
Kraft ages their cheese there.

Why caves..kansas has caves also.....anything happens the gov.has everything....
These were mines. Not specifically built for government usage. Those are bunkers.

jack siscavage never heard of shaft mining? Why go from the top of there isn’t any limestone on top? Still making tunnels down there.
You obviously have not worked or been in and out of these. Stop spreading misinformation.

jack siscavage Do you know how a warehouse works? That’s how the Underground works.
There are various businesses in these "caves" with nothing too exciting happening but cool unusual place to work.
Look up bicycle commute Springfield Underground. He shows you a bunch of the caves. But they aren't supposed to say who leases the warehouses. It's just everyone knows that Kraft has about 400,000 sq ft.
This guy could be a stand-in for John Goodman!
I work there at building 10 it's super cool!
Never saw a power door go up so fast before now .
Fred Flintstone is back in cave
...IS THIS THE SEQUEL TO "CLOVER FIELD".
Its Goodman living a dual life!
This guy was never heard from again
He lost his job for unearthing the secrets to this complex.
Yeah because the hundreds of trucks a day that go to Kraft foods all disappear???
That place is incredible been there
Me too,lots of times.
They are also in GA
Quality of the picture and sound aren't great, but cool tour.
Voices carry
Hush, hush, keep it down now
pretty cool I was there while driving for prime.
At 3:49, are those air shafts?
The underground is highly ventilated,65° year round.

I love cheese.
