add that grappling hook effect where aiden charges up the grappling hook when hes fighting the renegades in the e3 trailer, he does this sort of move where he holds the hook, spins it and launches it

Idk if it would be considered a mod or a texture change, but maybe removing the reticle for Grappling hook when its not equipped in the hold slot (like in the video you have the UV Flashlight equipped but you can still see the grappling hook indicator). its not super big but to me personally it kinda throws off the immersion.
these mods already exist if you wanna make a modpack on your own early, its not too hard to learn! i cant really upload this modpack to nexus though since its not my mods. this was a trailer for an upcoming video thatt i had already made.

The paragliding would be cool but it may be unbalanced because of the small delay where you open it. It'd be sick though.

I don't think I'm able to do that, sorry. Can't import custom animations to the game and it simply won't work /the anim hasn't been found yet.

Alot of these do, most of the animations are in the archived files type deal (data0.pak) some don't work however.
I think the jump should be more horizontal or something that is based on where you are looking so you jump more or less
