I am Dutch, and I read a book from Wayne W. Dyer, it is called "not tomorrow, but now", and it helped me to get lost of my feeling of not beeing worth anything. Lose my minority complex. I really enjoy your video's, they give me a lot of things to think about, and, what's more, I am now not able to read anymore, so this way I can still get a summary of what the books are about. Keep it up!
Never Split The Difference is by far the best book I have read on negotiations, persuasion and overall sales! What is YOUR favorite book on the subject?
Successful By Design I swear to god it must’ve been synchronicity or we must of been on the same wavelength because I couldn’t stop thinking about never split the difference but a short summary to refresh my mind and boom 💥 here I get it from a great trusted channel
I am an online salesman and I am exploring the art of negotiation and selling. I find your video very helpful, it helps me understand a lot of things that help my work. Thanks for sharing

bloody brilliant mate, been stressing trying to get the grasp and you short summary was wicked man, thanks so much. What other Chris Voss stuff have you done. tim
recently I read this book entirely, I found it really useful. In the video I don't see mentioned anything about "getting to a no" , "ackerman method of bargaining" and no "black swans" , I think those are really important chapters, they greatly increase your negociation capabilities I understand that your videos can't be that long, but you could at least mention that the book includes those and that's how you can improve further in this "skill tree"
Hey, thanks for the feedback! I hear what you are saying. I try to keep the content to what (I think) is universally applicable and to concepts I can fully cover. In my experience mentioning without explaining is teasing the viewer. These are some of the reasons I haven’t mentioned blacks swans, ackerman and the other more specific concepts.
Crazy cool stuff! This is the most down-to-earth common sense approach to negotiations I've heard! The typical getting to yes BS is soo outdated and macho stuff it down your throat way of doing things. Voss is really a breath of fresh air.... yeaaaaaah
1000%! I don’t have that much experience in negotiation but when I read the book I kept on saying to myself “make sense” over and over again. And that rare.
