It is a great reboot, combining with on that of the 1990s Disney Cartoon elements with today's edgy humour. Plus, they've just completed the series now (in an all loose storyline ends concluded sense; no cliffhangers due to cancellations)so you can binge-watch all the episodes in one go if you want.
To be fair to Jon, it’s more difficult to tell the triplets apart in the original DuckTales, because they were essentially all the same, other than the colour choices. Like, literally, a single character would have served the same purpose as all three of them. Luckily, the remake gives them different personalities. Also, for a more iconic piece of music that everyone knows... the Moon theme.
Although there was always one trick to knowing which Nephew is which. Huey is a hue of red Dewy is blue because dew and water And Louie is green because shut up

I had no idea that: 1) There was a BAD ending 2) You could pay to heal!? 3) How the mini-game trigger worked exactly (I had it happen a few times but thought it was random all the time) 4) That the difficulty played determines the color of the badge Wow, I have learned a lot by watching this playthrough and it's a game I have played many many times already. You two are amazing together and I would love it if you do more Disney games. You two have great chemistry :)

He treasures all his money because he work hard and smart to make it on his own. Burns bribes and scams and does outright evil things just because. Though, he does makes Donald and the nephews work for him for dimes.
Though to be fair regarding the paying Donald and the nephews in Dimes, Scrooge started with a single dime for shining shoes, and so while the pay to Donald and the nephews is low, he is showing them that hard work will help them earn even more and make them potentially rich, maybe not as rich as Scrooge himself, but still stupid rich.
Understandable about the remaster, since it does add a lot to make the game longer. But the remaster will have a special place in my heart since it was the last hurrah of most of the 80s cast.
Could've sworn they were Dr Eggman and Captain Falcon this whole time. And I wear glasses. I should just eliminate my eyes at this point, they clearly don't work at all.
40 seconds in, Gaijin, 40 seconds in! I love the fact that they got practically everyone from the voice cast in, but I can only be told to Bless me Bagpipes and "Gold... GOLD!!!" so many times. That and it just feels padded out because of the extra cutscenes, tracking down extra stuff in stages, and so on. It's still good, I just like the simplicity of the NES one better.

That’s not inherently a “good” thing; It’s just the reboot fixing what wasn’t broken. Besides, the nephews did have personalities in the original: mischievous, eager, and resourceful. If you mean individual personalities, having them act as one character split into three units makes them charming.

Firstly: I grew up on quackpack, don't hate on it. I watched ducktales as well. Secondly: Even with all those hints to scrooge being scottish, I only realized it last year. Mostly because the dub I watched as a child didn't have the accent.
When they brought up that show, I had some sort of 'nam flashback to the episode where Donald gets launched into space and into a black hole. I don't know why, but I found that episode so unsettling when I was a kid.

The original 87 Ducktales was a big part of my childhood and I played this game and Rescue Rangers all the time. I enjoyed the Remastered for many of the oginal cast reprising thier roles before passing away. Both the voice actor of Scrooge and Magica were both in there 90s when preforming for the game. I also enjoy the bosses in the Remastered for that extra layer of attacks, beating up the statue that took money from you, money bin diving, and Mount Vesuvius stage. I loved the 2017 Ducktales. From stories, mysteries, and alot that took inspiration from not just the TV show but also from comics and small obscure characters while also making new. That 2017 team did a amazing job and season 3/final season will be on Disney+ on April 30th. Love what they did with making the kids individuals and huge fan of Webby/????? :) One thing that took me some time to realize was in the 2017 version Scrooge isn't the "main" main character as much like the 87 version was as the real "main" is the "family" (and the different ways 'family' can be represented). Episodes, arcs, and long term "mains" shifting amoung the family.
