Apparently Jay's drumming had to be click tracked and such during shows sometime before his removal due to not drumming that well. The band complained about it a lot to the point to where they booted him because Jay wasn't bothering to fix his drumming issues. This comes from someone who wished to remain anonymous exposing all this information on the band. There a video by someone called Matthew Sparks that shows all the evidence of that being correct.

It's really unhealthy to carry excessive weight because it affects your cardiovascuslar system- endurance and blood pressure, overall body flexibility and balance. He lost that weight to gain back ability to headbang and to not get injured by pressure that weight was putting on his joints and bones. I still don't like the way he headbangs because it's very static, he is not moving force from upper body through his whole body like Jim does but it is what it is.
@@mkozlovskis97he's head banged like that for years, pretty sure he had some serious neck issues from early slipknot headbanging. Got to remember alot of these guys are in their 40s or 50s, and touring constantly.
