hi. Ive just watched your videos of the s700. im looking at buying one in the next few weeks. its going to need a lot of work to get it looking good again but it can be done. Can you think of anything to look out for when inspecting the van? Thanks Tom.
Aside from the mechanical side .. look for any signs of damp. Broken windows, or signs of water ingress anywhere. Make sure everything works, heating, plumbing, the boiler, taps, electrical. If stuff needs work - haggle the price. These things are all expensive to fix! Good luck!

I really like the safety features and the extraction fan to the cassette toilet 👍
The extractor fan works really well, its called a "SOG" system. They sell them with a roof vent too!
