a more HD Planet crafter but you actually get a space ship and you already got an ocean? let's see how this game plays out. :)
We need more terraforming games fr... so satisfying to do.

That was an interesting twist at the end! Imagine the potential of Planet Crafter style terraformation, but with large scale disasters and threats to contend with.
Definitely interested in seeing how this one develops!
Copper node is located on top of the mountain along with 2 iron nodes a quartz node and a cobalt node all in close proximity to each other.. you can use organics to make rubber to make rubber belts, needed for the rotor.. the analyzer device shows where all the nodes are. Additionally, you can make larger oxygen and battery packs to allow more time on the surface.
This game is amazing, I highly recommend continuing on, so much more to do after first wave hits. There are copper nodes, just you haven't explored enough. Don't pass up the building blocks, right click them to get various shapes from them. Shapes also morph to join with adjacent blocks. It's a custom engine by the developer that game runs on. We need to spread the word on this game, it has a HUGE potential!!

Started this game this morning, definitely the love child of planet crafters and satisfactory.
This is oneof those games where it really helps to follow the tutorial questline rather than going off-script. The main way of unlocking blueprints is by building stuff, and building the automation items the tutorial wants will give you important unlocks like the ore scanner.
This has a very interesting vibe and I totally would be interested in seeing more as things develop in the future.
So just watched the end. How very interesting. The idea of having to go to another world to stop things there before coming back here to make things better here is cool. But I also like the note that if you pick another world - in the theoretical full game - you wouldn't have to deal with this element.
All in all very interesting.

This game doesn't seem to have any of it's own ideas. It is a demo, but everything in it seems to have at least some influence from other games like The Planet Crafter you mentioned but also a lot from Satisfactory.

This will be interesting to see the Early Access and what NEW ideas are added. The tidal wave IS a cool idea. At least that is original not copied as far as I know.

add in enshrouded because u can place "living compartments into solid objects" so you can build into a mountain or build a bunker similar to how enshrouded blocks would replace terrain then you could delete it for an open space.
That is a very creative and unique way to say this is the end of the demo.

The Analysis Radar shows the locations of mineral deposits on map once you've built one. you get the ability to build one by playing through the tutorial. white icons are Iron, blue is Cobalt, pink is Quartz and red/brown is Copper.

The way that you can see the power is on the windmill it will even tell you how efficient (in percentage) the machines are running.
Like satisfactory and planet crafter with a bit of no man sky combined. Looks pretty cool.

It's like a merge of No Man's Sky and Planet Crafter
Keyboard v gets you a drone. Analysis Radar gets you a compass on the HUD and locations of all large ore deposits.
Planet Crafter, Empyrion and Satisfactory combined :D
Z, if you look at (one of your) Windmills, you'll see your available power and your usage. You have the Windmill and Solar Panels to provide power and you also have batteries to store excess power. I've never yet seen the Windmill NOT provide power, but the Solar Panels may not produce at night...

Looks like if you added shaders and a texture pack to Planet Crafters...
While certainly enjoyable at the stage it's at. There are still issues. Deconstructing a larger object will only give the resources of the larger object, not anything else attached. IE, take down the living compartment will give you all the resources for the room, while taking down a room with the electrical panel will still only give you the resources for the room. I found out the hard way that taking a box apart will destroy anything in it.
you can also continue after reaching the end of the tutorial and/or after the Tsunami but it knocks out your power generation so you'll have to rebuild them. however pretty much all your other buildings, batteries and advanced solar panels can survive the tsunami though.

I like the idea of trying to terraform a planet with a side note of: this moon's orbit needs fixing 😂 then having to survive a giant wave until you have to survive and progress enough to even have an option to bail or carry out the mission. This looks interesting, hopefully this gets the tlc this potential is showing
"What is this?" lol The thing to remember is this is one of those games where you build things to unlock other things.
Planet crafetr with good graphics. Only defference is you have a lifeless space ship and a ocean.

Looking like it might be unity given the huge amount of overlap with PC.
Definitely one of those games that will need to nail the differences so it's clear about not just being a clone.
From the store blurb it looks like they're also borrowing from satisfactory so should be interesting if they can pull it off well.

I don't agree with the comments saying it's cut/paste of planet crafters. I would say it seems more like a fork of it, as in someone didn't like some things about planet crafters and decided to make a game with the changes they would like to see. A lot of the similarities are really more of common practices in this genre of game.
Oxygen seems to go down very fast
The wave is a PITA, Glade the dev told me we don't have to play the ocean planet in a full game.

I tried the demo yesterday and found it far too quick to progress. By the time you've built a mining machine (ore extractor for PC folks) you've got the blueprint for an advanced one. The tech tree is insane as well, there's so many things to build and far too much scrolling. It's obviously still in development of course and if they succeed, it'll be interesting.
Well worth checking out though. However, more currently interested in Astrometica. I'm up for as many variants as possible so there's something for everyone.
I didn't like the way I got miners so quickly, or the way that when you mine a lump of ore, you often destroy the ground under it accidentally. It's cool that you can do that, but seems like a massive pain in the posterior if you're trying to play a serious game and make yourself some flat land and constantly having to delete and fill in spaces. One assume they'll fix that though, because if they didn't they'd be monsters. :D
If I see updates next year and people say it's good, I'll check it out, but having just finished my third game of Planet Crafter and given that's still getting patches, I didn't bother wishlisting it, just followed it.
As an artist, I tend to be a bit critical of someone that hijacks someone else's creative ideas. It's not impossible in the computer game world that someone can take an existing game idea and make it 1000% better. This one has a long way to go for that.

Game has potential but what you see is the demo, a huge wave comes and it ends.. yes you can keep playing but another wave comes and each time takes all your power... DEMO is way to short doesn't show enough.

I played this demo a week or so ago, I was loving it until a giant wave came and wiped everything clean and I had to start over. Lost interest completely after that. Maybe the full game will be different.

Nah, that's pressing Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V on the entire game, like even the UI didn't get changed much, ngl if they tried to change it even a bit it'd be interesting, but copying planet crafter and adding some not-even-original ideas (ehum, satisfactory...) is not someone i'd spend money on

NOPE !! 2 reasons…..
1. If you’re going to rip off another game (or two)… at least put some effort into it and restyle things like buildings etc.
2. Like Osiris New Dawn, the crafting tree is far too complex.

Osaris Games (based in France) has a long history of taking from other developers and trying monetize on other’s work. Developing an original idea is what gives indie games their true value. That is what I support with my $, not this trash. I do not care if they made it “look better.” I can use mods and texture packs to do the same thing.
