As a comparison to my newbie High Performance Driving Education runs, I wanted to share the session I rode along with my instructor David. What is amazing is how much harder and faster he ran than I did, but also taught the entire time! He talked through every turn, shift, and nuance throughout the entire track like a true pro!
The track is the only place you should push your car towards the limits, especially your own limits. A BMW club HPDE course is a fantastic way to grow and learn as a driver, and do it in the safest environment possible.
Make sure to check out your local BMW club and come out and join us with the Puget Sound CCA and amazing instructors like David!
Thanks for watching and please try everything at your own risk. All work shown in best faith and effort, do this at your own risk.

What I enjoyed most was watching the gauges which showed not just his driving skills and knowledge of the track but that the cars delivery of power is consistent and with proper gear selection stays rather consistent rather then the power dropping/spiking, that is important in that it's showing the engines ability to easily handle conditions but also much easier on the engine and drivetrain in terms of wear "not" having the big rpm drop/spikes and power surging. 😊
