Horrible Experience - Damaged Part, Zero Accountability! If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a trunk from the parts department at this Mercedes dealership, and what I received was damaged. To make matters worse, Mike and his team are refusing to take any responsibility for it. Instead of doing the right thing and issuing a return, they expect me to pay for shipping! Not only that, but they are demanding photos of packaging-which is absolutely ridiculous because the part didn’t even come with packaging! It was only on a pallet. How am I supposed to provide photos of something that never existed? This is unacceptable customer service from a brand that prides itself on “luxury” and “excellence.” I expected professionalism, not a runaround and blatant refusal to fix their mistake. I will not let this slide-I demand a full refund immediately. I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before dealing with this dealership’s parts department. They clearly have no interest in standing behind what they sell.

We and them are so far behind the Chinese they have batteries with a range of 600 pluss miles or.. or is it all about money hmmmm
