    When, after 196K miles of very reliable transportation, multiple systems started failing on my 2015 CX-5 Sport 2.0L 6-speed man. trans. (from the Miata), I finally decided to buy a 2025 Mazda CX-70 PHEV Premium, & I love it! And no, I didn’t want to fold down that 3rd row seat every day in a chromed CX-90, perch my big dog on a 2nd-row Captain’s Chair & slowly pull off

    I have a 2003 Honda Accord with 250, 700 mi. Honda lost me when they went away from that 2.4 l. that is still running flawlessly, besides burning a little bit of oil. Honda went with the 1.5 l turbo and a CVT transmission, no thanks. I'm going with the 2025 CX-5 preferred trim.

    The only two drawbacks I can say about the cx5 are wish the brake foot would be just a little bit wider and the rear trunk would be a little more wider but other than that i’am super happy driving a cx5 but planning to upgrade from my 2016 to a 2024 by the end of this year

    Mazda is eliminating the single digit models. CX-9, CX-7 and next the CX-5. All new models will have 2 digits except the Miata and the 3 which may be redesigned.. 30, 50, 70, 90 etc.

    Get rid of the large plastic wheel well on the CX-50, and you would likely see the sales go up.

    Mazda has gone backwards, I looked at cx5 now only to find they’ve now got only a 2.0L engine. I will not consider them any further. Thanks. I hate it when automakers start going backwards with shrinkfkation and attacks the buyers IQ as if they wouldn’t notice. They think it must just have a body and 4 wheels and that’s a definition of a vehicle. Smh!

    • @johndeere464
      @johndeere464 Месяц назад +2

      Where do you live? In my country it doesn’t have the 2.0 L engine. Mazda offers the 2.5 L 187 hp engine or the turbo in the Signature version. By the way, the 2.5 L has excellent acceleration.

    • @ahuramazda323
      @ahuramazda323 11 дней назад

      You live in am alternate dimension? The standard mazda engine is a 2.5 turbo. That 2.0 was an old engine they don't use as standard. I think you are very misinformed.

    • @AlexUkrop
      @AlexUkrop 3 дня назад

      It depends on country. In our country 2.0 is standard, 2.5L it is just before Top, no turbo at all. But 2.5L is good enough and much better than 2.0

      @@charleskra Yeah, if you don’t want a *1*-speed transmission, you have to go ahead & spring for the much pricier Acura RDX to get Honda’s 10-speed A/T. Likewise, the CRV’s hybrid is not a plugin, whereas the RDX is so equipped. I find that tragic
