Hi Nick! I don't have a KitchenAid mixer... Just a standard hand mixer... I was wondering if the cupcakes would still turn out the same or will I risk the batted being over mixed. Thank you!
I honk it should be fine. The MOST important thing to keep in mind when making cake is that you only mix the batter to incorporate the ingredient you're adding. For example when you've added the wet to the dry. As soon as there are no dry ingredients showing, stop. This is why I whisk all of the wet ingredients together first to give the batter a head start and have less mixing time when its added to the dry. Let me know how you go! :0)

Yes. The world will literaly end in a fiery ball if you don't use sprinkles. That's why I used sprinkles. I saved all our lives haha :0)
