Hey there! My vanilla cupcake recipe is Definably moist. I put whole egg yolks in mine. It's kind of a mixture between dense and fluffy. Not dense like a chocolate cake but not as light as a sponge cake for example. I hope this helps! Thanks for watching and for the lovely comment, Nick :0) x
