    I went gym yesterday after a jumprope workout 🏋️‍♂️ i felt sore at least I thought i was sore then i felt the bulge behind me knee walked around that day like i needed a cane 🦯 did research and i have this. Did a few of these exercises feel more mobile 😊just a lil scared with this because my right has always been my strongest. Dont wanna keep talking but thank you will continue to do these

      Can you still workout ( lower body) with bakers cyst?? I currently have one and would like to keep wait training but not too sure

      @Jstice627 Yup, you can still do lower body workouts with a Baker's cyst, but it's best to be cautious. Maybe try low-impact stuff like swimming or biking. Strengthening exercises for your quads and hamstrings could help too. Just listen to your body and stop if you feel any pain or swelling. But hey, it's always smart to chat with a doc to be sure!

    Is Baker's cyst curable??. Please help me how to get rid off.

    I rested my baker cyst and stretching for 2 weeks..that usually helps but this time a few mnths later still a problem.

    There is no way I could grab my foot and bend toward my butt. There is a terrible pinch do to Baker's Cysts behind the knee when doing anything that involves bending like such. So painful! Been going on for 2+ mos. Taking NSAIDs every 3 days :(
