one interesting thing I have seen first hand in Mexico is ems carrying a side arm. in chihuahua you would have seen every suv and truck packed with officers in backs. parade or normal day.

And you couldn't even imagine! This video is 5 years old! When I recorded this one, the new gen Chargers were bought, nowadays the Yucatan State Police has even Ford PIU and new gen Chevy Tahoe, something that not all state neither local law enforcement agencies in Mexico, has!

Ah no, actualmente la SSP de Yucatán dispone en su flota, como unidades más antiguas de ambulancias, unas Chevrolet Express del año 2006-2008 para ciertos municipios del interior del Estado de Yucatán. Con respecto a de reciente adquisición es que esas ambulancias tipo americanas fueron compradas hace poco (duh) y que están muy bien equipadas.
Ojalá mantuvieran así las unidades en perfectas condiciones como en Estados Unidos que se preocupan por el excelente estado de sus patrullas 🚓
Muchas de estas unidades del 2015, en especial las que fueron asignadas al Sector Norte, aún siguen en servicio. No todas, pero sí algunas siguen en servicio. Afortunadamente la policía yucateca, en su mayoría, cuida sus unidades (desde un aspecto físico). ¡Saludos y gracias por comentar! :)

all american brand cars are made in mexico though so really its you guys diving mexican cars in the states just look at the label on your car if its ford chevrolet or dodge i can assure 99% its made in mexico

Most of these American brand cars are made in Mexico. Also it’s not like they weren’t paid for by Mexico. Just like UK police using French and German cars.
