+Joel Tennant Transport Protest turned violent when a right-wing group were protesting at the same time as a left-wing group. Police had to create a cordon of officers to split the crowds on Whitehall and they called in dogs to maintain that cordon.
Love the siren on the 'jam sandwich' Area Car at 1:25. Shame the Met got rid of those markings, it's what made their cars stand out against all the Battenbergs...
Another bonus for catching some of the probably dwindling handful of cars still equipped with old-school 'cluster' lights and light bars instead of the new strobe or LED roof lights.
It is because a lot of german manufacturers offer to fit some of extras needed for police cars at the factory, also (for BMW) they still honour the manufacturers warranty. Not all manufacturers do this
+Stef Roaen Close - it's a Jackal, an armoured military vehicle. 'The primary role of the vehicle in the British Army is deep battlespace reconnaissance, rapid assault and fire support ' - Wikipedia
Out of all those police vehicles 25 were german cars :DD nice choice there GB. But i have to admit that the Landrovers are pretty badass too ^^ Good compilation btw
Aha yes as the UK doesn't manufacture many cars anymore, and owns even less car companies, AND due to excessive cuts to police force budgets, then we have to purchase good quality cars from big automobile companies - of which the majority are German - Audi, BMW, Mercedes, VW...etc. It's good our choice of vehicles like Audi, BMW and Mercedes, but it'd be nice if we could have a few more vehicles from GB like we used to have - such as Jaguar, and of course Land Rover! I love the Land Rovers!!! Thanks ;)
+Eddie Downard I know it's very odd. How-ever I'm told they have protective windscreens, all though I've also been told this isn't entirely effective when a brick is thrown at the windscreen. Cost cutting I'm afraid :/
No it belonged to Transport For London / London Underground and was a tube lines Emergency Response Unit, but now it's operated by British Transport Police so that it use blue lights and sirens. 30/7/16
They've just started taking delivery of 5 new trucks, can't tell you what type or spec they are, but B88 is due for replacement, as is B316 (Which is now a van as the S-Max was written off), there's also 5 more Ford Rangers appearing for joint working with NWR Prime and LUL. Keep an eye out around Acton works if you can! Vehicles in the 8s are these type of vehicles, though soon they will all be in the 9s (B901-B919) to indicate they are not standard response resources and are 'ring fenced' (B316 is not a callsign they will allocate to general calls, just emergency medical jobs, PUTs and LUL failures).
Aha it depends. Most of the catches in Worcester are either while I'm walking somewhere or waiting for something/someone. It can be anytime of day really, it varies - but they're most busy at lunchtime. Whereas in Birmingham and other places I purposely hang around spotting vehicles ;) You should - it's a great hobby. Lots of people involved these days. It's a hobby that gets you out there with a goal, with a camera and makes use of your senses ;)
+CobraEmergencyVideos cool man, I'll send you any videos that I can take from Worcester. I'm considering joining the police too, maybe one day I can send you some from inside the car lol!
That'd be very cool! ;) How-ever I encourage you to start your own channel ;) I only upload catches I've caught (or sometimes a member of my family). Good luck joining the police - it's quite a rewarding career ;)
The EDL were holding a protest in Walsall town centre. So Police Support Units were responding to one area of disorder, whilst a van would be responding to another part to collect a prisoner, whilst the two police cars would probably be responding to a regular call in Walsall - and the police motorcycle is just using it's blue lights to get to it's position to perform traffic duties. Yes West Midlands Police. :)
4:41 not an ARV doesnt have the yellow stickers - might be wrong but I thought it was a requirement for ALL ARVs in the UK or maybe just met. nice vid tho!
+MrMEERKAT534 It's not a requirement for all UK ARVs to have yellow stickers, none of my local ARVs have them and neither do they have them in West Midlands Police. It's really mostly only London. Cheers mate ;)

+Urgences Genève Thanks! ;)
8:22 is in Worcester, Worcestershire
Very cool video! If I had my choice of police car in that part of the world it would have to be a BMW M5
+Pelican Armory Thanks. Aha great choice, lovely car the M5. For me it'd be a Land Rover Range Rover Vogue or a Jaguar XF - Powerful British cars.

Love the siren on the 'jam sandwich' Area Car at 1:25. Shame the Met got rid of those markings, it's what made their cars stand out against all the Battenbergs...
Aha same. Typical!
Another bonus for catching some of the probably dwindling handful of cars still equipped with old-school 'cluster' lights and light bars instead of the new strobe or LED roof lights.
The strobe bars aren't used anymore.
It's fun in England the car of the police is only Germany car xD
Actually it's from all over the world but German cars are very common
The British police have good taste ^^
It is because a lot of german manufacturers offer to fit some of extras needed for police cars at the factory, also (for BMW) they still honour the manufacturers warranty. Not all manufacturers do this
1:11 Peugeot is german, now ?
Skoda isnt german, its Czech
Amazing!!
Thanks! :)
1:01
lol it seems that he drives a car for first time in his life this police officer :D
Probably hard to see from his point of view ;)
Thanks
Shame they don't have the awesome rumbler siren like the NYPD
7:18 she doesn’t care that there’s a police car about to knock her down 😂
7:20 Is that a tank?
+Stef Roaen Close - it's a Jackal, an armoured military vehicle.
'The primary role of the vehicle in the British Army is deep battlespace reconnaissance, rapid assault and fire support ' - Wikipedia
Thanks!!!
Looked like a armored bulldozer
No duda

The unmarked Audi's Are Fire Arm Vehicles.
GOOD SOUNDS!
at 2.02 is that snow? at first I think it was pollon then saw the way people were dressed.
No it's feathers due to a massive pillow fight.
Wonder why West Mids PSU Carriers don't have protective front grill. They have the brackets???
+Eddie Downard I know it's very odd. How-ever I'm told they have protective windscreens, all though I've also been told this isn't entirely effective when a brick is thrown at the windscreen. Cost cutting I'm afraid :/
1:01 Military Police
Nope it's West Midlands Police
at 2.50 was a fire survice truck and now its police fire?
No it belonged to Transport For London / London Underground and was a tube lines Emergency Response Unit, but now it's operated by British Transport Police so that it use blue lights and sirens.

Ooh fantastic! I do like the Ford Rangers.
Very useful piece of kit for The British Transport Police, particularly for such incidents as 'one-unders' - when somebody ends up under a train.
i like the skoda oktavia and the ford modeo. want to see them in germany too :)
+Aguw1984 Me too!

Disorder during a protest.
One question, Why is the ST JOHNS AMBULANCE different to others?
just before leaving my local brewers fayre from a meal, an ambulance shot past us
this was about half an hour ago, maybe a bit more
+London Midland Fan / shelby3024 Brilliant! ;)
欧米でも日本車がパトカーとして使用されていて良いなと思いました。
それにしても青パトランプの覆面パトカーまじカッコぇー!
and a load more... are you from Worcester by any chance>? ;_)
+UNLUCKY DAVE Correct.
Nice mate! Do you just stand at the end of that road and wait or do they come out at certain times and stuff? I've wanted to do this for ages lol!
Aha it depends. Most of the catches in Worcester are either while I'm walking somewhere or waiting for something/someone. It can be anytime of day really, it varies - but they're most busy at lunchtime.

Any idea why there was such a big police response at 3:16, also that's west midlands police if I'm correct?
The EDL were holding a protest in Walsall town centre. So Police Support Units were responding to one area of disorder, whilst a van would be responding to another part to collect a prisoner, whilst the two police cars would probably be responding to a regular call in Walsall - and the police motorcycle is just using it's blue lights to get to it's position to perform traffic duties.
Yes West Midlands Police. :)
Ahh, very nice, cheers for the response, great video!
Thanks :)
where was the first audi filmed?
I was expecting to see some astra diesel's
Anyone know what was happening at the time around 4:20
1:03 why Opel not Vauxhall?

That blue BMW wagon police car looks like my mom's car ....haha
+Clayton Ransehousen Lol if you say so!
i do my mom has a BMW wagon like that
I imagine so ;-)
Why was everyone running away at 5:39?
The police were chasing crowds of protesters who were dispersing.
2:41 That's like a police 'fire'truck.
Kind of. It will have all police equipment in it, such as armor, medic kits and so on. The BTP will have that for airports and train stations etc.
+Liam Lowe Not for airports, but definitely for train stations and underground tube stations! ;)
Thanks for the info!!!
What was going on in Walsall
+TheMidnight2009 Protest with the English Defence League
+CobraEmergencyVideos o right I missed that one but it was normally Dudley who gets the protests
Yeah it is
3rd clip. wtf is wrong with those people??! move your frickin cars. i bet that's what you would want if they were responding to your call.
4:41 not an ARV doesnt have the yellow stickers - might be wrong but I thought it was a requirement for ALL ARVs in the UK or maybe just met. nice vid tho!

3 minutes in and my ears are throbbing...
Aha it happens.
Did you know that in London the police use golf gtis? Quite rare tho
They use pretty much everything - but yes I have seen a VW Golf GTI!
At 0:40 , was that guy in the black merc thinking those cops were coming for him?
I don't have a clue what he was doing
Cool
if the police actually indicated left or right in stead of people playing the "I'm not fucking psychic " there driving wud be much better. 😰
Ay minute 15:01 I found a Ford Transit ice cream van wow
I swear I saw a Kia Police car in London the other day, WTF!
Lmao probably. They use everything.
and so is 8:52
I look like 12 watching this
Why does the met use Hyundai so much? It seems like a very strange manufacturer to go for as a police car...
Omar Smith cheap
What your name?
4:20 this clip is huge what the hell happened!

well in America it would be a drug raid but there they were just off to join the party
And a Ford focus?! ..........Next thing we know they'll be using the 2017 Ford GT...
+Jaeden Barnes Lol the Ford Focus is a very very common police car here in the UK. I've also seen Ford Rangers and Ford Mondeos.
I've also seen a VW Golf GT!
CobraEmergencyVideos Ford Mondeos.......?
ruclips.net/video/erse6MJ2Xc4/видео.html
Those police cars have no partitions in them.
They usually send a van to pick criminals up and chuck them in a cage in a back.
un compatriote belge à 6:39 ^^
+Ø' Connor #11 Vous dites que Audi de la Belgique?
Yes :)
C'est super!
Those police sirens sound so stressful
Idrt 16:34

Haha OOPS
CobraEmergencyVideos I live in Solihull, so I’ve been to Worcester before. Never saw that car though. Very outdated. Even for two years ago
CobraEmergencyVideos 5 years ago sorry
Hardly see unmarked Audis in Sheffield, it's mostly unmarked BMW X5s and Marked X5s and shitty Peugeots.
Get the hell out of the way people!
An Audi.... Really...Nigggggggggaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.......
