    Hello guys😊 I've heard hundreds of times that my eyebrows are weird in this video. Actually I tried to be look better as much as I could when I shooted this, so I put on a heavy makeup. But now I can tell that was a bad idea !! 😂 I really wanted to protect your eyesight but I think I failed.. kkk I'm still bad at makeups.. I'm so embarrased now. I'm so sorry if my eyebrows are distracting. I'll do my best in the next video!! Kkk Anyway thank you so much for watching and supporting me all the time💕 You guys are the best! 고마워요

    What is the diference between formal and informal

    • @minjiteacheskorean
      @minjiteacheskorean  6 лет назад +1

      You can use formal sentence to someone is older than you or to show your respect to someone. And also if you meet someone for the first time, you should use the formal sentence! On the other hand, when you talk with your friends or someone is very close you can use the informal one :)

    Thanks for the video. However, why there is no romanization in those 20 phrases? Romanization is really helpful in pronunciation and with it we can remember the pronunciation easier.

    • @minjiteacheskorean
      @minjiteacheskorean  7 лет назад +2

      Ricky Wong Oh I didn't put the romanization because I thought it's better not to rely on it too much, but I'll put that in the next time!!

      I just started learning Korean for few days for my trip to Korea for lantern festival:)
      So I am trying to learn as quickly as possible. I think most tourists will not learn korean characters unless they will stay in Korea for long time or frequently visit Korea. So we have to rely on romanization. I think will continue to watch your video and learn.:-)

    Is it ok if you say, __ 어디에 있어요?

    • @tahnjr
      @tahnjr 7 лет назад

      CyberMew ~ Hey there, fancy meeting you here... 😝
      Yes this is perfectly fine. For example:
      화장실 어디에 있어요?
      "Where is the bathroom?"
      실례지만 지하철역이 어디에 있어요?
      "Excuse me, where is the subway station?"
      But "어디" means "where?", so you can drop the location marker "에", and you will still be understood.

    • @CyberMew
      @CyberMew 7 лет назад

      Hey thanks Tony, so sorry I'm on so many places I can't remember where we interacted.. (>.< please enlighten me again) but yea I forgot whether we need the location marker "에" after "어디" or not, thank you for the reminder :)

    • @tahnjr
      @tahnjr 7 лет назад +1

      CyberMew ~ Hahaha 😂 I also support a lot of the Korean teachers on RUclips because I want to see Korean language & culture spread globally. I visit Korea a couple times a year, and I've started meeting my favorite instructors 😉 Believe it or not, it's been easier to meet the ones in Korea, than the ones in the U.S. You and I most likely interacted on another female Korean teacher's channel.
