how to know whether the unpublished nucleotide sequence is partial or full? How to know the protein and gene name of the sequence? Is it done by the BLAST....to know the protein and gene name???

I would submit a human mitochondrial DNA sequences in Genbank. I have followed your recomenadtaions and orientaions but I can not submit. Could you help me with this please.

NCBI and GenBank personnel don't regularly monitor these comments - please contact gb-admin @ ncbi to get support related to GenBank submissions.
