Crisp, cool, and no bugs! Great time of the year to go hiking.

The coffee looked so delicious, great hike. The atmosphere is exactly what I experience when I'm on the trail, this was an inspiring video!

Very unusual not to see snow this time of year there in mountains.

Day hiking some sections of the AT this week along skyline drive. Trying to get my legs back after nearly dying in October. Hoping to section hike the AT as much as possible in the next couple years, then a thru hike once I get my bills paid off completely and a little money saved. Great to see you two back in youtube!

Can't believe Rockfish Gap Outfitters has closed. I live an hour and a half south of there but my gf and i would often take a drive to Waynesboro and swing by. I remember buying my first Gortex shell there prior to an elk hunt in Colorado way back in 92. Also bought a Zip stove and fleece jacket. A lot of thru hikers will miss that place. I agree with an early poster, ya'll should come to Damascus Trail days May 17th-19th

Yes, you have included your traditional “Coffee shots!” Great to see you on trail; could just tell you guys were enjoying yourselves. Dang, decent pace right off the couch lol. Nice!
Remember, I’ve invited you for a Fall hike for years (since meeting you and Julie on AT) either on the Long Trail Vermont 273 miles or Northville Lake Placid Trail (NTP) 133 miles in New York.
HMU if ever interested, be glad to take care of logistics, lodging, Transportation; be my pleasure.

I was surprised to not see more video of this outing? Did you guys do a few days, or what?

Unfortunately I had to take Julie back home to get ready for work as we were on vacation out there for a while, I’m gonna return by myself at some point to do the whole section.
