Great review , thanks for the honesty . It gets hung up , low ground clearance, etc. i think you hit the nail on the head, it’s a scale detail vehicle , trail capable but also looks great on the mantle . Not really designed to modify/hop up
It's a great looking car/truck. All the different features are amazing. I think the scale builders will go crazy with the body. I watched one other review and that person had some electronic issues as you did. It will be interesting to see if any issues develop for people that put more running time on it.
The electrical issue was odd for sure. It kept resetting the servos as if I was turning it on for the first time. It only did so after sitting idle for several minutes so it was just a little inconvenient. I’m looking forward to seeing how creative builders get with it too.
FMS has become one of my favorite R/C company. It is amazing what you get for the money. However, I think this Hummer is more of a scale model for the indoor. Yes, this Hummer is on my Christmas list.
Very Nice Model Review Greg 💯 FMS has been doing a Great Engineering Job on Their Products and Listening to The Hobbiest as they modify and upgrade their Truck's, I think this show's what is capable of being manufactured with perseverance and loving the Hobby as much as we do 🏁💯🏁 ✌🤠👍 HFLPRCing =Having Fun Laughing Playing and RCing 👍😎👍 AOAH =Association of Addicted Hobbiest 🙏 SSPH =Stay Safe and Play Healthy My Friend
Great, it goes with my other FMS, 1/12 scale vehicles, but I may wait a bit to see if other color options become available. Camo would be very nice !!! Or, I can do it myself if FMS doesn't do it.
Hi Greg, awesome rc you’d need a degree from Mensa to learn it all, lol 😊, it’s a great looking rig and that stunning area you went to really compliment each other, niiiiiiiiiiice video man.😊
Really awesome effort but a huge miss in my opinion. Body proportions are off which is odd because china owns the defunct hummer brand so they should have had all of the plans for them. 4 wheel steering must have been a production cost reduction by just mirroring the front to the back for only one set of molds as no h1 has ever had 4ws. Anyone who want's an actual scaled version of the H1 with correct proportions and arguably just as much or better detail is the HG P415, P415A or P408. Cheers
What is the biggest tire that can fit with the body off without rubbing the frame rails? Either I could do a 1/4 inch body lift with 3.6 inch Capra tires (42 inch real) or a 1/2 inch body lift with 4.0 inch tires (48 inch real). I may or may not have the front bumper installed. Do you think the servos are strong enough to steer the 4.0 inch tires? I should be getting the H1 on Saturday. I can't wait!
Too bad they don't have it in OD green or desert camo. Would of liked to see mud terrains at least. The slow crawling I do this one will last forever, chassis looks very strong.
The color options should have been olive drab and flat desert tan. And the body doesn't look quite right.. the front window seems too tall -- compare it to your Tamiya H1 you showed us. That one looks properly proportioned.
@@rcdriver I'm sorry but I wasn't hating as normal on here. Is this H1 good enough to make shelf space & not ragging about setting on the ground ( they drive on the ground hehe) I've noticed more you like it better the parking spot. ✌️
I'm tired of the FMS's odd small scales. Also, most of them perform like poop. They need to start making 1/10 and 1/8 scale rigs that perform. Ok, my petty FMS rant is over. 😂😂
I can't believe all these features at such a great price. But 4WS on a Hummer? That's like adding a nude sex scene into George C Scott's movie characterization of PATTON.
I don't know what the later means but yeah pretty dumb they put 4ws on it. I assume it was to reduce costs of production molds? Makes no sense otherwise.

"ive got a thing for hummers" don't we all pal, dont we all.😅😂

I always leave everything original but tires, wheels, and painting them. I don't care for wrangler all terrains myself, they're usable.
A lot of detail for this size. Totally agree this is a rolling model. Thanks for bringing this to us👍
Thanks for showing Greg. Have a good weekend. Like button energized.
You too my friend!
Magnificent up close and cute from a distance~ The Hummer is also a great RC car.😊😊❤❤👍👍
That scale interior is so accurate, it was giving me flashbacks to JRTC. 😂
Looks great. The best rc reviews
Thank you!
Amazing how much detail is in this. Think some other colors would be nice. Looks great in the trails.
Rc car action.. makes me think about how their ads and articles made me want the team associated MGT, now I have a 4.6

Looks really nice! Highly detailed.
Very cool ...! They're killing it !
The battery plug is an XT30. Smaller version of an XT60 plug.
Good review . 👍🏼

Battery connector is an xt30. Awesome looking truck
I mis reading the reviews in the magazines, but great review as always!!!
Awesome review!
Thanks!!

Thanks so much for reviewing this! From what you have seen, could a body lift be done instead of a suspension lift? Bigger tires would probably help.
A slight body lift might work, but something would need to be done to relocate the bumper’s to keep the look right.
FMS is definitely 🔥🔥🔥
It needs high lift for clearance for the hummer h1, it needs aftermarket custom?🤔
Ever since I discovered FMS I decided to collect all they got. Why not.
They’re detailed models that can be driven. Perfect for collectors! 😀

If this was 1/10 scale I’ll be all over it!
1/10 would have been awesome. Still impressive though for 1/12.

How long does the battery take to charge, and how much run time do u get out of a single charge?
E muito linda a hummer,pena q não vem p o brasil😢😢😢
I love it.

Hey the Tamiya Humvee is 1/12 scale.
What humV is that sitting on back counter during entro description. It’s black and green camo. Is that the hg or another fms.
Tamiya
@@rcdriver thanks for t taking the time to respond back bud
Lindo demais 👏👏👏👏 perfeito 💯
My beetle keeps shifting itself to 4wd from. 2wd

Will the battery connector fit an XT60?
No as this is XT30.
Is this good enough to find a shelf or put it on the floor like the others ?
I need more shelf space 😄

Has anyone had any hesitation between going forward to reverse? Sometimes I have to push the trigger 3 times to get it to back up.
Just push the th.trim nob when you turn on the transmitter.
1:8 would be a better scale
I'm tired of the FMS's odd small scales. Also, most of them perform like poop. They need to start making 1/10 and 1/8 scale rigs that perform. Ok, my petty FMS rant is over. 😂😂
something not right with the proportions?
XT90 plug for the battery
I am not a fan, the 4WS is pointless.
