Too much speculation. Mr Saller should know better. She stands in the shoes of the person whose aid she attempts to join. If her fiancé was the first sgressor then her bringing her gun into the dispute is an escalation of force is not justified. Hence she would be in the wrong and the shooting would be justified. As I said, too much speculation but the defense is plausible.
