Terry-Thomas in "Danger: Diabolik" - (1968)

Also released as "Diabolik" this film is an Italian production based on the comic book character Diabolik. John Phillip Law plays the title role and Terry pops up as the Minister Of Finance. Made for a modest budget the film has achieved cult status the world over.
