When I subtract for window cutouts, it doesn't seem to cut all the way through on one wall. I have checked the thicknesses and the windows and wall are the same thickness.
Please ensure the wall and window thickness are the same and the window is properly placed to intersect at the middle of the wall, then you can subtract. Thank you
Switch to 3d view, type 'M' and press 'enter' to activate move command. Type '0' and press 'comma' again type '0' and press 'comma' then type '900' and press 'enter'. This 0, 0, 900 corresponds to x, y, z coordinate. Thanks for your support. Please let me know, if this resolve the problem.

At the top left hand corner of the canvas, next to visual style, click on the little plus icon [+] to split into multiple views.
